It was like a little unit and it just suited my husband and my daughter vwry well, not to big and not to small spot on.

Good for short stay only
Pros:

Roomy for a family of 4, pool water felt refreshing & beats the heat since there’s shade sail covering it.

Cons:

Beddings needs upgrades, kitchen utensils weren’t clean & were put away in cupboards dirty. Ceiling fans and AC were very dusty. Room smells like carry upon entrance.

It was filthy!! I had to clean feaces off the wall near the toilet roll holder the fridge had grimy marks all down it the tv was half covered in finger prints obviously from a child in a previous stay the cane chairs were covered in a thick film of dust underneath and we only Supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 days couldn’t use the cups as they were stained brown I am not happy with our stay only wish I had taken pictures to add to this review

The stay was very comfortable. We are waiting for our deposit.
Pros:

Nice and Clean. Had all the amenities which was great. Close to many stores. Car park was good and security gate was also good. Might need to upgrade the oven/stove as it only had one setting which was high so the alarm went off abit when it got smokey. The air vent did not clear the smoke.

Cons:

The staff who was on duty need to be abit more professional. We drove from Townsville straight after work and we had already advised that we will be checking in late. Was rude THS he had to leave his place to help us check in. Had to check in outside in the dark and was not shown into the office to do all this. Was not happy with the Customer Service.

Untidy carport in the rear of complex with old bikes, broken chairs and other rubbish material.
Our room balcony door had no lock at all was broken off, balcony chair was torn up, mops/brooms very very dirty to use. Big red stain on the balcony wall looked like blood.

The locations were excellent, it was close to the hospital, the esplanade and close to the city.

I found the bed wasn't comfortable. We had to buy a bed topper.
