The Residences at Puri Casablanca

Its very convenient to walk to Kota Casablanca mall, only 5 minutes. The property its OK, an older style though. But its quiet, clean.

Staying there was nice for family vacation.

I would definetly come back. Even though the location at south jakarta, you have access to go around DKI jakarta with ease. Big shopping mall within the walking distance. The apartement also have groceries stores. The park are kids friendly. The pool is amazing. I would recommend this apartement to my friends and families visiting jakarta. What amazes me is this apartement provide HIGH security. I feel very safe being in this apartement. The staffs are very friendly and answer all my questions. Very respectfully towards guests. 5/5 stars for a traveler like me.

When i was checking in, the front desk asked me for my recent Covid test, I managed to get that, but it was not told to me in advance, that I needed one. While I was waiting to check in, the another lady was checking in next to me, and she was not asked for a Covid negative report. Why?

Also for the deposit, I was asked for deposit, while that other lady was not asked for one, why?

I had asked for a smoking room, they said it’s not available after confirmed, however they said they will open the balcony window, it took 5 visits from the housekeeping, and they still couldn’t open the window, so I had to ask them to stop, cause it was getting annoying, to have people continually walking in and out of my room to find the right key or the person with the right key to open this balcony window, so they basically couldn’t deliver on that as well

The rate was good, but the bedroom is relative small as for an apartment.

Bad service and bed staff !!! I was bad experience was I stay in there

Property has complete kitchen and laundry machine, however property seems old, some stuff need to be fixed or replaced such as bathtub shower and windows, and windows insulation need to be repaired, noise from outside are entering into the property due to poor insulation.

Overall its good but unfortunately no hair dryer nor easy access to electric outlet

There were 4 of us in a 3 bedroom apartment. We were there for a big seminar next day and when we checked in about 5pm we asked for a hair dryer and there was none. All 15 hair driers in the building were out and we continuously requested everyday and we never saw one til we checked out 5 nights later. Shower head had water squirtingt in all directions even after changing it.

Comfortable rooms but facilities were very basic n old apartment. Convenient location to seminar we were attending.

Nice hotel, comfortable and hotel staff very friendly.

It is not a real Hotel. We can’t expect too much regarding its services.
My bathroom shower was spoiled and has to wait almost 40 min to be replaced.
And its almost 11pm...

Good place to stay if you want a quiet place. Close to CBD, next to Casablanca.
Mum is paralysed. So, this place is definitely a number one on my list

towels have stains and when we ask for extra towels they want the existing towels right away. they have a weird inventory system at check in. overall for a short shopping trip it was great
