Mariya Boutique Residence at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Excellent staff

I left a review with Expedia but again I have to praise the evening desk man, Nat, for his kind attentiveness. All the staff were first rate and my experience was a happy one. I would gladly stay here again. Keep up the good work Mariya Boutique Hotel.

Immaculate details like artistically folded towels in the room. Clean throughout with a nice breakfast area in the lobby. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially Nat the evening desk man. Great guy. Shuttle to and from the airport and help with bags. Great rates, great staff and I do not think we could have found a better place near the airport.

Excellent for an overnight stay if you need to be near the airport, the shuttle offered by the hotel for minimal fee is easy to find (representative with your name are located between gates 3-4 arrivals level), but you need to notify the hotel in advance

Good spot to rest near the airport; excellent value for money.
Right next to a 7-Eleven, and the hotel offers a little buffet bar offer all hours.

The staff were excellent and picked us up from a long flight and paid for the taxi back to the airport as we had to be there at 4am before the normal bus service started. Their communication was excellent and the room was all we needed.

Very bad smell in the room

The clerk was amazing helping me with the shuttle in the middle of the night after the confirmation email went missing. Lots of complimentary juices, 7-11 next door. Great overnight experience.

Bed was very comfortable, very nice people to talk too, very understanding but the bathroom wasn’t being very clean.

It is an older property with a facelift. But it was in close proximity to the airport. Their pickup at the airport and transportation back to the airport was wonderful! If you need a place to stay close to the airport, this is a solid option.

We landed at nearly midnight and it was too late to catch the train to the city, so this served its purpose as a very budget-friendly hotel right by the airport. Had a driver pick us up at the airport and return us the next day. Breakfast was included as well, all for a very low price. Room had cute decor and was comfortable. It was a great deal and the only reason I can’t quite make it five stars is because we didn’t sleep well due to noise carrying a lot (someone was struggling to open a door in the middle of the night and it woke us both up — the hotel has old-school keys which may make the doors a little tricky to open and apparently someone came in even later than us and the noise really carried…). But still amazing place for the price and it was just what we needed for our first night.

I transit through BKK a lot and have used this hotel for the last 9 years.
The staff are great, the rooms are clean. They’ll pick you up and drop you off from the airport and breakfast is adequate. 711 next door and plenty of places nearby for a Thai feed and a beer.
Can’t ask for more at the price they charge.
