Pros:

Smile Hotel is located close to Tokyo Station and few metro stations. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is really kind and helpful.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to railway stations and convenience stores. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Cafe for breakfast was good, cheap and convenient.

Cons:

The room was so small we didn't have room for our 2 suitcases. We had to block the door to the room with them so we could walk from the bed to the toilet.

Nice comfortable hotel in a good location in Tokyo.
Pros:

The location was good with easy access to the Metro, restaurants and Tokyo Station. The staff are very helpful.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was at times an odd smell coming from an airvent of the extractor fan in the bathroom.

Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал , чистота и порядок , отличный завтрак , хорошее месторасположение , рядом со станцией метро , удобная кровать

Вид из окна - кирпичная стена 😁

隠れた利便性を享受できる宿
Pros:

仕事先の近くだったので急遽宿を取りましたが、東京駅まで実は散策がてら歩ける圏内で、電車路線では分からなかった利便性がありました。朝、地下鉄ではなく地上を歩きアクセスする東京駅は良かったです。近隣で食事も出来ました。
