Very tight room and small bed
Location (we booked this hotel as we were looking for something close to Tokyo station (we were just arriving from the airport). You are not so far from the station by walking, but you are not close either (20min by walking).

the front desk area is wide and it has tables and chairs

Cons:

the smell in the corridors and inside the elevatoor was unbearable... even inside the room. thhe impression I had was that the entire area was flooded with sewage water.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente vicino alla stazione centrale di Tokyo. Hotel senza fronzoli, camera silenziosa e letto molto confortevole. L'hotel ci ha tenuto i bagagli in anticipo, fino all'orario del check-in, in uno stanzino apposito. Check-in molto semplice. Il check-out è immediato, a qualsiasi ora del mattino.

Cons:

Lo staff non è particolarmente cortese e sorridente, ma estremamente efficiente, quindi alla fine non ho riscontrato nessun disagio.
