Bien ubicado pero muy pequeña habitación.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a metros del subterráneo. El personal habla ingles. Muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña. Para dos personas con valijas es muy dificil. La secadora hay que darle 3 veces para que seque y sale con pelusa.

Ubicado al lado de una estación del metro, tiene a lado una tienda de conveniencia y diagonal otra, tiene restaurantes al frente, está cerca de la estación central de Tokyo y al palacio imperial, personal muy amable y atento, desayuno muy bueno.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere la metro

Cons:

Camere piccole nell’ascensore c’era una forte puzza di cibo derivante dal ristorante sotto. Inoltre non ci hanno fatto lasciare le valigie da loro per una notte le abbiamo dovute portare ad un 7eleven lì vicino. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo hotel

A good concept with self-service amenities and great value for money, though there are still areas that could be improve
Pros:

Self service on collecting room amenities from the lobby, I believe it’s reduced use and wastage of one time amenities or plastics.

Cons:

The room (we stayed) size is not sufficient for a couple traveling with two or more pieces of luggage. Additionally, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which could be improved.
