Please note that at the time of check-out, the guest must pay a 10% service charge for each day stayed.

Each room can accommodate only one pet, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, for an additional daily charge of R$120.00, which must be paid upon arrival.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel.

Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with certified copies of their identity documents.
All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with a photo, proving their identity and that of their parents.
This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's identity document, will be required.

The sauna in the unit is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM – however, guests must inform the reception 20 minutes in advance for the sauna to be ready for use.

We are undergoing renovations in the rooms until the end of the year.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Muito interessante a configuração do banheiro, separando ducha do sanitário e a pia fora do banheiro. Muito prático.

Cons:

A TV não era Smart o que nis desconcentrou, pois só sintonizava canais abertos sem possibilidade de assistirmos a um bom filme.

Café da manhã um pouco limitado. Apesar de ter uma coalhada de primeira.

Higiene é algo que merece destaque. Além do café da manhã, que é variado e com comida fresca. O cafézinho é sensacional.

Eu sou meio sistemático com travesseiros. Mas isso é algo pessoal. Achei eles um pouco altos para o meu gosto. Mas, minha esposa e filha não reclamaram não.

Infelizmente no meu andar, tive alguns problemas de manhãzinha, trabalhei a noite até tarde e gostaria de relaxar um pouco mais pela manhã, mas desde as 8h tinha um rapaz gritando no corredor, achei que eram hóspedes mas quando abri a porta era algum terceirizado ou prestador de serviços que estavam fazendo algo em alguns dos quartos e falando extremamente alto com a equipe. Desta forma não consegui dormir e descansar conforme tinha planejado. Pq ele falava muito alto sem parar no corredor.
