Please note that at the time of check-out, the guest must pay a 10% service charge for each day stayed.

Each room can accommodate only one pet, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, for an additional daily charge of R$120.00, which must be paid upon arrival.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel.

Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with certified copies of their identity documents.
All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with a photo, proving their identity and that of their parents.
This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's identity document, will be required.

The sauna in the unit is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM – however, guests must inform the reception 20 minutes in advance for the sauna to be ready for use.

Boa experiência!
Pros:

Otima localização, limpeza, funcionarios cordiais e um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Não aconteceu comigo, mas percebi que o estacionamento não é muito prático, tem manobristas, mas se por acaso voce precisar sair de forma um pouco urgente e se o seu veículo estiver no fundo vai demorar um pouco pra tirar.

Acho sempre muito bom ficar nesse hotel!!

Cons:

Pra mim ele só tem um defeito: a piscina não ser climatizada. Por mais que Rio Preto, a piscina é muito gelada. Como muitas pessoas viajam a trabalho teriam esse lazer a noite!

Hotel com tudo muito novo e bem cuidado, funcionários atendem a gente super bem, café da manhã excepcional

Cons:

Valor um pouco acima do que pagaria em um hotel “normal” para passar 1-2 noites, mas entrega tudo o que promete com bastante qualidade

a fartura, a diversidade de opções capazes de agradar a qq hóso tempo pede pede por mais exigente que seja, higiene, distribuição dos grandes espaços que permitem transito livre entre as meses e buffet, sucos de excelente sabor e variedades> Enfim, nota 10 (dez) com cinco estrelas.

Cons:

o tempo exíguo (duas diárias) em pude ficar hospedado, mas não faltarão oportunidades de retornar a esse fabuloso hotel.
