Please note that at the time of check-out, the guest must pay a 10% service charge for each day stayed.

Each room can accommodate only one pet, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, for an additional daily charge of R$120.00, which must be paid upon arrival.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel.

Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with certified copies of their identity documents.
All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with a photo, proving their identity and that of their parents.
This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's identity document, will be required.

The sauna in the unit is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM – however, guests must inform the reception 20 minutes in advance for the sauna to be ready for use.

Café da manhã muito bem servido e restaurante com muitas opções no cardápio.

Cons:

Acústica dos quartos para o corredor é ruim, pode-se ouvir as pessoas conversando e andando. As comidas do restaurante são muito caras.

Funcionários muito bem treinados, educados e empáticos. O atendimento fez toda a diferença na experiência. Estão de parabéns!

Cons:

Acredito que seria interessante disponibilizar um bebedouro na academia. Ao perguntar ao funcionário, fui orientada a comprar água no restaurante, pois não há essa opção para quem utiliza o espaço. No mais, a experiência foi excelente e tudo estava perfeito.

Uma da melhores estadia na cidade de S. J. do Rio Preto, obrigado.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo da rodovia principal que corta a cidade, Washington Luiz. O hotel tem manobristas para quem está de carro, o estacionamento é cobrado a parte... funcionários educados e prestativos, quarto muito bom e limpo... tem um excelente café da manhã com várias salas disponíveis... para quem procura e tem tempo, tem uma área de lazer fantástica, com piscina e bar... ótimo custo e benefício.

Cons:

Infelizmente ao descer ou pegar o carro o local é descoberto no hotel, estava chovendo, então acaba se molhando.

Um ícone local que faz jus ao seu legado.
Pros:

Sempre quisemos ficar lá e o ano novo foi o momento ideal para isso. A piscina era confortável, quentinha, ao lado da sauna e da piscina. O cardápio era interessante e o valor justo. O frigobar no quarto foi super útil.
