A beautiful villa suite of rooms with pool and beach front facilities. Really good food, beer and wine. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who helped to make our stay very special. Highly recommended

Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds.

We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide.

Très bel établissement avec une belle piscine et du très sympathique personnel, merci à Djoud aussi. Depuis l’hôtel, nous avons fait une excursion sur les îles Gili Nanggu (poissons 👍) Gili Sudak (corail 👍) et Gili Kefis. On y mange très bien à l’hôtel. Malheureusement aujourd’hui comme toute les cotes indonésiennes, il y à beaucoup de plastiques dans l’eau et sur les plages, dommage 😣

Very quiet the stafs is fantastic

Wir sind mässig zufrieden. Zunächst würde ich dem Hotel MAXIMAL 3 Sterne geben. Wir waren auf unserer Indonesien Reise in einigen 4-Stern Hotels, die alle um einiges besser waren. Wir haben im Voraus das Hotel angefragt, ob ein Transfer von Bangsal angeboten wird. Uns wurde dann zugesichert, dass ein Fahrer auf uns warten würde (für 650‘000). Am Hafen war dann jedoch keiner und wir haben ca. 1h gewartet bis wir dann vor Ort sind den Transfer organisiert haben (für 450‘000). Im Hotel wurde uns dann vorgeworfen nicht auf den Fahrer gewartet zu haben und wurden deshalb eher unfreundlich empfangen. Diese Unfreundlichkeit blieb dann auch bestehen. (Der Manager war jedoch seehr freundlich) Für die Abreise haben wir dann nach einem Transfer zur 40min entfernten Fähre nach Bali gefragt, dieser wurde uns für 400‘000 angeboten. Wir haben dann nachgefragt, ob es auch eine günstigere Alternative gibt (da uns dieser Preis sehr hoch vorkam). Daraufhin haben wir nur eine schnippische Antwort erhalten, dass dies halt der Preis des Hotels sei. Das Essen ist sehr teuer! Es ist nicht super aber auch nicht schlecht. Wir konnten Schnorchelsausrüstung für 100‘000 ausleihen und direkt vor dem Hotel super schnorcheln (viele Fische, Seesterne etc.). War super schön!

Location is very secluded and beach is not good for swimming. Be prepared to be locked in the resort as nothing else is around. Staff is very helpful and tried their best. No wind surfing. Apparently the equipment has not been usable for a number of years

If you are looking for a place for R&R, don’t mind being “locked in” for the whole stay and having scatchy wifi connection then Cocotinos is a place for you.

You might want to stock up on snacks and drinks before arriving at the resort as otherwise, the closest minimart is about 2.5k away.

The staff tried their best to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

滞在時は天気が悪かったので、雰囲気を存分に味わえませんでしたが、スパを体験し、波の音を聞きながらリラックスできてよかったです。

Location was quiet and relaxing the staff was very friendly the food was great the beach was clean and relaxing

ビーチからダイレクトにプール。海を眺めながらくつろげる静かで最高のロケーションでした。レストラン外の浜辺のブランコも楽しい♪ブレックファーストは何種類も選べるし、クレープは顔を描いてくれたり♪( ´▽｀)桟橋から船のチャーターも!!!

Great place, very nice and attentive staff. Clean premise in the middle of the nature. Nice expeditions to make around to the South west gilis or mekaki beach. Overall very postive and 100% recommendation!

Resort was onder de verwachting. Het is zeker niet een 4 ster resort waardig. Wij komen daar aan en kreeg eerst een kamer waarvan de buiten douche niet werkte. De put van de doiche was verstopt, oemand kwam om te repareren, maar het was niet geluk. Wij kregen een andere kamer, waarvan van alles mankeert. De beddengoed was smerig, al lang niet verschoont. Het dak lekte. Elke dag tussen 4 en 6 uur kregen wij tea time, maar wat wij kregen stelden niks voor. Maar de volgende ging het wat beter, omdat de eigenaar er was. Zwembad was niet onderhouden. Komt vooral niet buiten de vakantie periode, dan is de service erg ondermaat.

2ベッドスイートを予約したが、オーバーブッキングで1ベッドスイートにされた。代わりにアイランドホッピングツアーをサービスして貰ったが、これは良かった。
周りに何もなく、レストランもホテル内の一軒のみ。味はまあまあ。
2泊すると飽きるし、街にも遠いし、海もそんなに綺麗ではないから、2度目はないかな。
お湯もバスタブ4分の1で出なくなる。電気式ですね。
虫は出ます。

The place is pretty secluded and far away from main tourist area, good if you prefer to be isolated. The staff is very friendly. However, they need to pay more attention on housekeeping though. It was really nice that our room was set up with flower decoration on the bed, etc, but the staff overlooked to clean up the sofa bed and other furnitures before the guests' arrival. The room has probably been vacant for quite some time that the bedsheet was dusty and spiderwebs were already covering some areas. The cups and glasses were stained.

Very classy high end resort in a secluded area. We were treated great by staff from check in to check out. Beautiful private beach and private snorkeling and scuba right from the private dock.

Pragtfuldt hotel, lækker mad og god service.
Fantastisk gratis guidet tur i to timer, hvor vi så skole, lokalt marked, rismarker og bjerge, samt tempel.

Places is very relaxing, nothing much around in way of cafes you have to use hotels which the food needs a make over gets very boring when they run out of everything all the time. Internet is terrible so don't expect connectivity but that is why we went, slept, relaxed and snorkelling, staff were friendly activities need upgrading nothing they state on website works or is either 20 year old, snorkelling is ok, much of reef is dying but still worth a snorkel.

Buona struttura in un posto tranquillo e isolato. Spiaggia privata ben attrezzata. Mare bello ma non spettacolare.

Topklasse - superflotte omgivelser og værelser.
Værelser af meget høj standard og med masser af faciliteter. Poolen ligger flot med udsigt til strand/hav/småøer - det samme gælder restauranten.
Ligger selvfølgelig noget isoleret - uden meget at tage sig til ud over at slappe af og nyde livet.
Servicen var i top - lækkert mad, som dog ikke på alle områder matcher foeventningerne.
