This was an amazing hotel. The location, the actual hotel, the staff, the rooftop - everything was amazing. The staff have to get a special mention though, they can't do enough for you. I will definitely be going back to Ohla!
We loved the property and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
It was my birthday and they gave me a bottle of wine on the first night and Cava/Choc’s and balloon on the day

Good location, nice rooms/rooftop.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff seemed to have no idea who we were, which hasn’t been my experience at other 5-star properties. We were there for a babymoon and nobody congratulated us in person once 😅 Another staff member told my husband the rooftop was only for guests.
In general we had very challenging experiences with the staff, and the hotel also ignored me when I tried to complain privately, which is what’s prompted me to leave a review instead.
Excellent stay - as always. The crew here is The Best! Attentive and kind, but not in the boring way. They look after you and check so you are doing ok, but not in an annoying way. Every tiny adjustment I needed was implemented and executed on immediately - I am totally into this hotel.
AND - ending a long work day with a dry martini on the rooftop is perfect work-life balance ;-)
Fantastic location, staff excellent so helpful. Room was large and had lovely views. The rooftop bar amazing for the afternoon sun set.
