They deserve more than there 5 star review. Outstanding.

From the minute you arrive you know you are about to experience something special. You are greeted by the someone as soon as you get out of the car. They are there to take your bags and show you inside. You are greeted by Kia with a smile and Chris who was in training at the time. Nothing but class. I had requested an early check in and was kindly granted my request. We went to our room and I was pleased with the size and amenities. The gentleman that was in charge of the concierge desk was simple amazing . (Javi) If he could have taken us on the tour of city himself I think he would have. The roof top lounge and bar is absolutely beautiful and the pictures on the website does not do the view justice. You have a 360 degree view while you are in infinity pool. I met Carla and Mar and she was kind enough to make a perfect cocktail . She was very impressive . It was refreshing to meet this breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond with the service. Tomas was extremely professional and skilled in his job. The food at the breakfast was excellent and was run by a wonderful women name Saba . Food choices where excellent.

Lovely hotel but for five stars expect double glazed windows and a quiet room

We couldn’t get into the rooftop bar because there were long queues, the door man actually walked us to our lift and pressed the button for our floor, leaving under no elusions that we could go to the rooftop.

Geweldig weekend gehad met onze dochter die jarig was!
Pros:

Alles was vanaf het begin tot einde goed geregeld. Fijn ontvangst, elke dag kamer even netjes gemaakt, fijne rooftop op het dak welke tot 19 uur beschikbaar is voor alleen gasten. Onze dochter was jarig en kreeg een kleine attentie op de kamer. Heel attent. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met een eitje, yoghurt en vers fruit. Ook diverse lekkere broodjes. Eten in het tapas restaurant is een aanrader. Het was heel lekker. Wellicht net wat dure prijzen maar goed dat krijg je met een 5 sterren hotel denk ik ook.

Cons:

Een paar kleine handdoeken. We kregen hele grote en die waren een zwaar. Ook wat kostbaar om elke keer te wassen. Kleinere zou prima voldoen.
