ホテルとして素晴らしいだけに、あと一つ気配りがあればと思います。
Pros:

このホテルは設備も新しく、室内もデザイナーズホテルとして綺麗に改装されていて、快適でした。スタッフも個々には素晴らしく、良い感じでしたが、ホテルの経営サイドは、事前に顧客にアンケートを送り、いろいろなリクエストを聞いてくれてやる気もあるのがわかるのですが、それが現場にはうまく伝わっていないところもあり、逆に、何も聞かれてなければ、十分に素晴らしいスタッフなのですが、その事を期待していて、それがなされていなかったのは、残念でした。ロケーションも最高で、一つ星を獲得している、レストランも素晴らしかったですが、アンケートを取るなら、それを実行して欲しかったと思います。そこだけが、唯一残念でした。

Full attention to detail.
Pros:

Superb location, clean modern room with a great bed and beautiful view. La Plasshola the restaurant had a classic full breakfast menu with literally everything fresh each day. Our receptionist Sara and our servers' Renata & Victor were warm and super attentive. By day 5 they brought cappacinos to the table before we even asked. Our one dinner was also excellent. The tapas and particularly the unique eggplant main were delicious. Our 4th and for sure our best stay in Barcelona.

Location was awesome - right in the centre of the gothic quarter. Staff were all so friendly, genuine and helpful. Rooftop pool was a good inclusion, particularly in summer.
