This is our 4th stay, we enjoy it immensely. One of the only hotels in Eilat that is really on the beach

Service is impeccable, as friendly and warm as it is efficient and effective. The setting is quiet and serene with kites in the air. A delightful stay

A charming and luxurious hotel with a pool and a nearby beach. You have to take into account that it is not in the center, for us this was an advantage. Good breakfast, excellent service, the rooms are large and very luxurious, we loved it. There is a small parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis for hotel guests, outside there is plenty of parking with meters.

I come for a 2 days holiday with my son .
I pay 1300€ for 2 nights.

In our room, we find cockroach
They came to pick up the dirty towels, but they never left new one.

The sun bed mattresses was so dirty that it was disgusting to lay down on them. most of the pool tower and the room towels was with yellow stamps ,

Everything was old and not well maintained

The breakfast restaurant was under construction was not clan .

Agin for the price that I pay it’s not worth it .

We’ve just completed a perfect family vacation at the reef hotel in eilat. This hotel is how hotels should be. Perfect location. Great breakfast. But the crown of this hotel is the staff ! Always ahead of what you need and want. Always with a smile and with a speedy service. It starts with the receptionists and all the way to the cleaning staff.
Everything is pleasant and clean.

We visited Eilat for the first time while in Israel for a wedding and spent a couple of wonderful days at this hotel. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

Patricia at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, always offering us wine as we passed by, which was such a thoughtful touch. Parking was convenient whenever space was available.

The breakfast spread was simply amazing—there was so much variety that we couldn’t even try everything! Enjoying our meal with a breathtaking beachfront view made it even more special.

The pool was fantastic, and our room was spacious with a great selection of TV channels, including NFL games late at night. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and most importantly, the atmosphere was peaceful—we barely saw any children, which made for a truly relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel sits outside the busy area. It’s right in the beach with beautidul views of Aqaba and the mountain range above it. Staff is friendly. Breakfast delicious and room clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced.

Whenever we are in Eilat, we stay here. Quiet, great value, view and friendly staff.

Great service all the staff are amazing

Best hotel in Eilat for a calm quality retreat. Direct access to the seashore, generous breakfast, next to the coral reef, quietter area of Eilat.
Small downside - limitted free parking and no meals option after the breakfast.
I will return to the place

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and exceptional. We want to especially mention Abigail and Alon from the reception, who gave us an answer to everything. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous property with a wonderful staff

We stayed with our 4 children at the Herbert Samuel Eilat and what can i say it was such an bad experience our trip was completely ruined. The room was dirty and also the bathroom never clean
The hotel looks so good in pictures but in real life it was like an very old Hotel
The little pool in our room was dirty and it had a lot of insects in it

Nice place, but not « a go to » for me. It’s a nice hôtel but not very luxurious and maintained. The rooms are ok and confortable but you can easily ear people walk in corridors. There were many family at the same floor of us sonwe were awoke very early each day of our stay.
