According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport of each passenger and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate at check-in.
Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.
Children from 6-11 years old will be charged VND 125,000/night/child for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds.
Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is 400.000 VNĐ/ night for the buffet breakfast. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in.

Hotel qui mériterait un bon ravalement un peu vieillot petit-déjeuner copieux mais plus pour dès vietnamiens que pour des européens pas de viennoiseries. Les meubles de la chambre sont assez abîmés ils ont vécus. L'hôtel affiche 5 étoiles mais on peut en enlever 2.Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la chaine TTC car nous sommes descendus à celui de Hué qui est quant à lui somptueux et à tout points de vue et espérions la même chose ici mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Good location only a short stroll from the beach, close to cafes etc and a large shopping mall that sold everything.
The bath was difficult to get in and out of as so high and wide.
If you are not careful with the positioning of the shower head, the water runs all the way around the edging if the bath and floods the floor.
The TV screen looked as thigh it had melted.
The 3 nights we were there, banging started in another room at 8am the first 2 mornings and 7.30am on the last day.
At night you could hear thumping from music coming from one of the restaurants.
The pool area looks tacky with fake grass and huge advertising billboards which are omitted in the official photos, however it was a decent sized pool.
Worst for us was breakfast... many items kept running out and staff not on the ball replenishing things do had to keep asking.

The outside seating area was worse as the tables were in the same condition, but the flooring was disgusting with cigarette ash everywhere, dropped napkins etc.
No one seemed to be in charge at breakfast and the staff not on the ball.
The food is limited for westerners and vegetarians, compared to other hotels we stayed in.

Unweit der Uferpromenade gelegen waren wir von unserer Suite mit Blick auf das Meer begeistert. Ein kleiner Balkon rundete das Bild ab. Im Bad dazu noch eine Badewanne mit Meerblick. Beim Check-In fühlten wir uns bestens von Frau Phuang Fom betreut. Sie stand uns die Tage immer wieder zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Bahnhof ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Rund um das Hotel befinden sich Garküchen, Restaurants und Café.
Am Strand gibt es Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen vom Hotel.
Frühstück könnte bis 10:00 Uhr verfügbar sein (statt 9:30). Pool wäre schön wenn er vor 7:00 Uhr offen wäre.
