Rustig gelegen, zeer fraaie tuin met lekker zwembad, goeie spa. Heerlijk ontbijt, ideale locatie naar Ubud centrum en de regio. Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel, alles zo schoon. Ook restaurant is erg goed, genoten van o.a. verse lumpia goreng en nasi campur
In feite niets, dan moet je echt op de kleinste details gaan letten. Dat is bij deze locatie echt niet nodig. In de buurt zijn ook nog zeer goede warungs e.d. te vinden. Supermarkten op loopafstand, je kan er ook pinnen met een Wise card, super handig

Pri masazi stavali druhy hotel na co nas neupozornili dopredu a bolo to velmi hlucne prostredie pocas masaze.
We had a wonderful 5 nights here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant delicious and the massages in the spa were fantastic. Facilities were excellent, would definitely stay again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is also so beautiful and from each person I interacted with, I could feel the love and intention to make sure the guests were happy. The restaurant was so good, there were many breakfast choices and they accommodated nicely for my gluten and dairy allergies. The spa and my massage were also so fabulous and so needed. I would easily recommend Sri Ratih and look forward to going back again in the future.

Het hotel ligt niet in het gezellige deel van de stad. Het is aan te bevelen om een grab/taxi te nemen.

Quiet location which is perfect and away from Ubud central madness. Near to Alcamy yoga and quieter restaurants.

Los desayunos son espectaculares, los jardines muy bonitos y cuidados. A pocos minutos andando del centro. Muy tranquilo y bonito
El taxi que me llevo tuvo que dar una vuelta gigantesca porque el acceso es sólo de un sentido. Es más corto ir a pie que en taxi
The hotel/resort is really pretty, the location is great in some ways. The pool is really good and the little add ons are such and awesome touch (like the tea). Breakfasts were delicious. The spa is wonderful. Really sweet staff.
The downside of the location is that cars can't drive UP. SO if you get a grab or driver for something, getting back to the hotel takes really long because they have to go all around Ubud to come in from the other side - this can add 20-30 mins to your return back. Nothing the resort can do about this - but to prepare your mind (I kept thinking my Grab app was incorrect because it estimated 25 mins drive and I was 7 mins away from the place, but had luggage so couldn't walk)
Please put hand soap AT the basin. Not a big deal but I kept having to move the shower gel to wash my hands. Small thing but for a resort of this standard, it shouldn't be like that.

The staff were very friendly. The spa team (Ayu and her team), the restaurant staff too were very friendly with us all especially our children.
The aeration in the honeymoon suite we had. I felt we didn't have enough fresh air especially through the night.
