La vue

Cons:

Le reste. Hôtel délabré, mobilier décati, chats errants dans le restaurant, cafards sur la terrasse du restaurant et dans les chambres, oiseaux morts devant la piscine, service bien trop long. Et quand on demande à rencontrer la direction, on vous écoute très poliment mais rien ne se passe. Nous avons demandé le remboursement de notre demi-pension puisque l’insalubrité du restaurant et de sa terrasse et la lenteur exceptionnelle du service nous a fait prendre nos dîners à l’extérieur dès le deuxième jour. Nous avons écrit au directeur M. MOTIK. Personne ne nous a répondu. Bref allez ailleurs ça ne pourra pas être pire.
Je rappelle juste que l’hôtel s’annonce comme un 5 étoiles et s’appelle Hôtel du Golf et Spa. Un hôtel formule 1 est mieux tenu et le spa est fermé.

Un séjour exceptionnel .Tout était parfait : un personnel professionnel, accueillant et aux petits soins, une propreté irréprochable dans toutes les parties de l’hôtel, un emplacement idéal et une magnifique vue.
Les chambres sont très confortables, élégantes et parfaitement entretenues. La qualité du service est remarquable et chaque détail est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Everything was fine except the case of the diner metionned above if I decide to stay in the hotel ne

Very good accommodation; villa , pool and equipment and very various breakfast

Cons:

The diner was awful and I can not imagine how the chef cuisine allow such food to be délivred to clients in 5 stars hotel. I ordered saint pierre and it was uneatble and confirmed to the kitchen staff and they were ashamed!

Le personnel était très aimable.
La qualité du petit déjeuner.
Le confort et l'équipement des chambres.
La belle vue sur le golf, la piscine et la mer.

Cons:

L'hôtel nécessite une rénovation, surtout le carrelage de la piscine détérioré, il m'a causé une grave blessure au grand orteil, des blessures dans les bras et les pieds de mon fils. Il doit être retaper en urgence.
Équipements et la saleté de la salle de jeu, des escaliers cassés, terrasses non utilisées, pas de musique au restaurant ni au bord de la piscine, aucune animation musicale.

This hotel is far from what you’d expect of a 5* experience.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property, I was ripped off, that’s the right word, never again.
Booking.com has to visit the properties before recommending it to customers.

Cons:

I didn’t like the customer service provided by the staff, the restaurant Al Cart and their food, they are ripping customers off big time, with the help of Booking.com
