Lugar entrañable para ir en pareja, en familia o con amigos
Pros:

piscina muy agradable, habitacion ampila y muy luminosa si bien hubiera preferido que la ducha tuviera una puerta de cierre aunque fuera de cristal. Una pena que la zona de Spa estuviera cerrada y en reparación, me hubiera gustado saberlo antes. Deberían tener alguna correspondencia con otros Spas o Hammas de la zona.

Cons:

Que la zona del Spa y hammas estuviera en obras y no se nos advirtiera en la reserva o se nos ofreciera alternativa mientras estabamos allí.

Modern designed rooms with a wow factor and fabulous huge pool
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, beautiful modern rooms tastefully decorated. A huge swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. Some fabulous pieces of furniture and artwork in the public spaces. Secure location.

Cons:

The poolside menu is limited and too expensive and the chips with the sandwiches were cold.
The breakfast buffet layout in my opinion is too spread out and you are walking from one station to the other to collect breakfast items. The food could be contained in a much smaller area. Whilst the hotel is listed as beachfront it’s over 30 minutes to walk to the beach.and. The hotel is having some renovations.

Pros:

Liked the views, pool, breakfast and nice fitout. The shuttle into town is also great.

Cons:

It was in the middle of a major renovation. Very little on offer to eat at hotel at night, clubhouse was good for lunch. There were holes in the floor, in all the rooms and corridors. Very rundown but for obvious reasons.

Agréable mais décevant au regard de la prestation souhaitée
Pros:

Un hôtel très bien situé pour les amateurs de golf (attention le 13 trous est fermé et ce n’est pas annoncé). Les chambres sont spacieuses et donnent sur l’océan (900 mètres au moins). Le personnel est très accueillant et à votre service. Et enfin une navette est disponible gratuitement toutes les heures pour aller à Essaouira.

Cons:

L’Hôtel étais certainement très luxueux avant mais l’état général est très décevant. Des rénovations sont en cours sur l’ensemble de l’hôtel et sur le golf mais aucune prise en compte de la gêne occasionnée pour les clients. Impossible de se reposer car des travaux permanents. Vraiment dommage

La vue sur la mer et le golfe

Sur la terrasse le lit de repos est très inconfortable, 2 chaises longues classiques aurait été bien plus confortable ! De plus il y avait une table ronde mais sans chaise pour s'asseoir ! Le design ne fait pas tout ... de plus dans les WC COMMUNS il n'y avait que des mouchoirs en papier ( quand la boîte n'était pas vide !!)pour s'essuyer les mains et qui collaient au mains !!!! Pas de petites serviettes ,c'est fort dommage. Hôtel ayant besoin de réparation et surtout d'un directeur qui surveille son bon fonctionnement afin qu'il soit à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles ce qui n'est pas le cas ...

L'emplacement, la gentillesse et l'attention du personnel.
Le service navette entre l'hôtel et la ville. La proximité au parcours de golf. Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

l'établissement a certainement été très bien et très beau mais il commence à se faire vieux, salle de bain, toilettes. Le sol est endommagés à beaucoup d'endroit dans la chambre et dans les couloirs, idem portes armoires ce qui donne une impression de pas très propre. Il faut dire que l'hôtel va être transformé et des transformations sont déjà en cours pour la partie bungalow et dans le jardin, ce qui fait que l'extérieur, à part la partie piscine qui est très belle, n'est pas très invitant. Je me suis baladé dans le jardin il y a deux ans et c'était beaucoup plus beau. Dommage qu'on ne nous averti pas des conditions à l'avance. On ferait un choix en connaissance de cause.

Très bon séjour dans sa globalité, endroit calme et paisible
Pros:

Je fréquente cet établissement depuis des années, anciennement Sofitel, aujourd’hui Hôtel Le Golf, et je passe à chaque fois un super séjour, l’accueil est très chaleureux, gros cœur sur Souad à la réception que je connais depuis plusieurs années maintenant

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir prévenu sur le site ou sur booking ou encore sur le compte Instagram qu’il y avait des travaux et que la piscine d’eau douce était en travaux ainsi que l’accès au Spa jaccuzzi qui sont des + dans l’établissement, manque de communication sur ce point là
