L'emplacement, le personnel très agréable et serviable, le petit déj très copieux et le confort des chambres .

Cons:

La vétusté des couloirs , des murs des sols et une odeur d'humidité dans les chambres.

Le service navette est un peu décevant nous avons attendu plus de 2h pour être récupéré alors que cela était mentionné toutes les heures et heures et demie pour le retour .

Cet ancien Sofitel est en train de sombrer . Il vient d’être vendu à des égyptiens.
Personnellement, nous adorons cet hôtel . L’extérieur est magnifique . Un vrai bonheur
En revanche, il n’y a plus personne. Il est abandonné des touristes. Même le snack est fermé.

Déplorable

La vue

Cons:

Tout l’hôtel est dans un état déplorable, le personnel n’est pas accueillant et a l’écoute et professionnel.
L’hôtel est pas entretenu et limite à l’abandon, plancher et carrelage de la piscine est dangereux car coupant, une piscine est verte de mousse.
Le petit déjeuner est médiocre avec un service déplorable.
L’hygiène n’est pas au rendez-vous pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.
