Nautibeach Condos

staff is amazing as is location. beds are comfortable and the shower has nice hot water and great water pressure! Beach chairs included with your stay and beach towels. Receptionist are great as are the guards. Stayed in condo # Twenty four and it was great although furniture wasn’t very comfortable for lounging but we were out most of the time so wasn’t too bad

Had a great view of the beach from our 2nd floor room. We stay at Nauti beach very year because of the relaxed atmosphere and quaintness of the place. The beach is top notch.

This was the PERFECT place to bring my 4yr old the week before he started pre-K. Even though it is situation in the popular area of Playa Norte, it's a quiet alcove. Many mornings, we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves (kudos to the lucky people that are able to sleep in!). The staff is friendly, restaurant is convenient & has great food options. The beach area in front of the hotel is much quieter than other nearby properties so we didn't have to compete for space. The condo itself was PERFECT. Just enough space & fabulous amenities and a gorgeous view. I would 10/10 stay here again!

El sitio es increible, a orilla de playa con una muy buena piscina. Todo esta en orden, limpio y agradable. La habitacion podrian hacerle mejora a algunos detallitos. Esta cerca de todos los restaurantes, puedes ir caminando. Volveria a reservar aqui

Great access to beach with chairs and umbrellas. Clean pool with excellent restaurant. Close to Hidalgo Street and the ferry terminal. Perfect location!

A fabulous place , pool and facilities really lovely, easy parking for golf carts, friendly staff and the beach is divine great for families wanting to share a unit but not a bedroom. Grocery store is close. In room water dispensary.

Quiet, peaceful, lots of private beach space, great food at Mayan nearby. Only problematic thing we experienced was some grumpy front desk staff. But quickly forgotten about once enjoying the grounds.

Nautibeach Condos are everything you could want…comfortable condo - big pool - beach with chairs. And, did I say that the view is breathtaking? The complex is kinda dated but everything else makes up for it!

Make sure you don't hwt room 20, there is a flood light shinning directly in the bedrooms. The pillows are also terrible. Now i truly loved everything else.

Absolutely stunning location and so clean and safe. Pool was lovely and the staff are so amazing and nice
Only downside is the music that lasts for hours into the night. Perhaps it was Easter, but boy lasting until after midnight is challenging

One minute walk to beautiful beach. On-site restaurant and bar was excellent. Helpful staff. Bugs start biting at night.

This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. There is a short walk to Hidalgo Street with amazing restaurants and be sure to stop at the street cart for a delicious Nutella and banana crape.

The grounds are very well kept by the staff who are all so nice. They see to your every need during your stay. Special shout out to Manuel who always provides excellent service.

The staff that manages the property were very nice and friendly. They cleaned the rooms daily. Rooms came with bottled water service. The Mayan Beach club, which runs the restaurant and serves food and drinks to the pool and beach side are super nice and accomodating.

Pool area is very nice, beach access is great, good location to walk to restaurants. However extremely noisy all weekend including Sunday night with loud music playing next door all night making it difficult to sleep and especially bad with young kids. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. There were limited bath products, the shower pressure was very weak and the shampoo very watered down.
