Pros:

In general nothong. Wanted just to get away asap

Cons:

All the facilities were worn out. We stayed for two nights, and when we returned to our room the next day, it had only been partially cleaned. One bed was made, while the other was left untouched. It felt as if the cleaner had been called away to do something else.

The water in our room was cold. We reported the issue to the staff, but no action was taken to resolve it.

You had to ask for breakfast vouchers every morning and hand them to the kitchen staff. The reception and breakfast service felt completely disconnected, as if they were run by two separate entities.

The breakfast itself was very poor. We have a child with a gluten allergy, so we had to wait for the staff to bring gluten-free bread and remind them about it. There was no tea available either, and we had to ask for both hot water and tea bags. One morning, the only available breakfast option for us was sausages and potatoes.

Overall, the facilities, service and breakfast were disappointing.

Pros:

Very Comfortable! The host was kind and communicated well. I was notified when my booking app made a mistake and appreciate this host reaching out to me in a compassionate and timely manner. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location
Pros:

Great location traffic to get in and out is excellent. Staff very friendly. Super clean. The pool was great and well taken care off...indoors also. Breakfast was yummy and tasty. The rooms are spacious ans beds super comfy. Every time we needed something like towels example. They brought us some fast. It very peaceful.

Cons:

Everything was great. I really don't have anything bad to say.

I walked into that great space from the landscaping into the neatness I had a wonderful time there
Pros:

The breakfast was great; however, the bread needs to be of a smaller quantity so it does not go stale. And the nuts need to be in air tight containner so it doesnt loose its cripsyness, Less salt in the Potatoes and more moist or you serve mashed potatoes and fried and put the salt in a seperate space so it can be added as required, secondly the well cooked susages and partially cooked susages need to be indiacted or put in two seperate small stainless dished within the main serving dish sorry as per the views of a chef..

Cons:

Coffee was good, and cold water was great; however, some people like just hot water to enable them to drink plain tea bags or just for the anti-flu therapy .. But the ambiance was very great, and the reception was wonderful
