I have been to Le Barone four out of the last six visits to Italy. It is a little piece of heaven to me! I’ve never been anywhere that is more beautiful and restful. The staff is so welcoming and the food is wonderful. The Count and Countess greet me every time we’ve come! Once you lay by the pool and hear the church bells on the next hill, you’ll realize it doesn’t get any better!
Villa Le Barone is an exceptional treasure, which I call my second home. The welcome is wonderful from the cleaning ladies to the owners..the food delicious..fresh flowers always..kindness always..and a fabulously professional approach combined with an intimate atmosphere. I have been 9 times.
Фантастическое место, очень красивое) Прекрасная вилла с камином и прочей атрибутикой прошлых веков! Очень классная команда вместе с собственниками)) Супер завтрак!) Обязательно вернемся еще))) Спасибо огромное
Like out of the movies, this beautiful old villa is in a gorgeous setting in the heart of Chianti. Quaint yet well appointed rooms, wonderful dining, lovely pool with fantastic view. A wine machine and self serve honor bar with snacks off the check in area. We were busy hiking the area but wished we had more time just to sit and relax. Welcoming, friendly staff, and the owner who is on site a lot and very approachable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely GLORIOUS property! Very relaxing and great location in Tuscany.
I did not appreciate the proprietor of the property approaching my wife and I at our dinner table and telling me that "it's not good for her if I book using Booking.com" because she makes less money. If that is how she feels about it, she should de-list her property from Booking.com. It's an absolutely ridiculous expectation on her part that I should voluntarily pay more out of my pocket, and ignore the better deal I see on Booking.com so that she can make more profit, or that I would even know that. But can you imagine telling a guest this while they are trying to enjoy dinner? Very poor taste on her part. That was the one black eye on an otherwise wonderful stay.
The food was outstanding and the service was excellent
the hotel is not heated as Italy has a rule in that no central heating can be turned on before November 1. With the temperature dropping to 45 F at night during our stay our spacious room with high ceilings became unbearably cold. The only allowed solution was a small ceramic heater which was inadequate.
The common seating room was too dark - needs more light to make it more inviting
Il giardino è bellissimo

This was a beautiful property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
Friendly staff, amazing grounds and pool, dinners and breakfasts were top notch and different every time. Room was clean and felt historic and enjoyed reading the materials on the history of the Villa included in the room
Wonderful staff. Great location and outlook over Tuscany. Beautiful setting and rooms. Dinner was delicious!
No coffee facilities so had to pay for pod coffee. Pool could have been a bit warmer.
Villa Le Barone was amazing. Everything was beautiful and well kept. The whole property was so amazing and had a fantastic view of the surrounding Tuscany landscape. Our room was charming, clean, and comfortable. The pool and restaurant were all amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Chianti.
Die Lage und die Zimmer, sowie die Infrastruktur hat mir sehr gefallen.
Is a beautiful cottage with a great view, the pool is one of the best I seen, tennis court is in good condition with a amaizing view, dinner was good value for money.
Coffee and water in the room is a must. Is not acceptable to ask for it or made your self and pay for it, consider the amount of price per night.
I would like to be more social, to be able to meet and talk to people over a glass of wine or dinner.
