Замечательный отель и комфортное пребывание.
Pros:

Чисто, удобно, комфортно. Отличный бассейн, есть небольшая сауна (для гостей бесплатно). Прекрасные и разнообразные завтраки. Нам всё понравилось.

Cons:

Неудобная система с лифтом. Вы можете попасть только на свой этаж. Таким образом, если другие члены вашей семьи проживают на других этажах, вы не сможете к ним попасть. У нас трое членов семьи жили на разных этажах. Возле отеля есть большая парковка. Она очень дорогая. Возможно, для гостей есть скидки, но ни на ресепшене, ни парковщик нам об этом не сказали. Парковщик знал, что мы постояльцы отеля, но взял полную сумму - примерно 60 лари в сутки. Хотя везде в Тбилиси парковка стоит 20 лари в сутки. Сразу уточняйте этот момент на ресепшене и просите бумагу о заселении и инвойс. Нам инвойс не выдали.

Good experience
Pros:

Check in and check out process was so professional and fast. Location of the hotel was good the room was clean including comfortable bed. Staff wee generally helpful. It was a really good experience from A to Z.
