A very good experience
Pros:

the hotel is really good and everything but the wifi really nice

Cons:

wifi very slow for working needs and even unavailable from time to time

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good.
Pros:

High-level professional of personnel, including front desk and restaurant; very detailed attention to customers and the quality of choice of food and beverages at the breakfast.

A delight :)
Pros:

The rooms a modern, spacious and comfortable. The views on both sides are great. During our previous stay we were able to use the pool every day which made our stay a 5* luxury stay. My daughter is of the view that Holiday Inn has the best banana milkshake in the world.

Cons:

The shower accessories in our bathroom were a little wobbly. We didn’t have bathrobes, it would have been nice to have them even though the pool is currently closed. The price for breakfast is relatively hight, compared with general restaurant prices in the city (but my daughter’s breakfast was free so overall I considered the price I paid for two people to be completely reasonable).
