Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La recepción está abierta de 10.30h a 20h. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado muy bien y lo arregalron al momento. Pedimos una habitación con dos camas individuales y los colchones fueron cómodos. Hay una calle principal al lado en la que hay restaurantes y tiendas de regalos. Aunque la ubicación para ir centro no es muy buena si quieres ir caminando, unos 20 minutos andando, pero es una zona bastante buena.

Cons:

El baño es muy pequeño y falta una mampara de la ducha. Hay que tener cuidado para no sacar agua fuera. Las maletas o mochilas se pueden dejar pero no hay nadie para vigilar o una habitación aunque si que vimos cámara de seguridad.

Pour la proximité gare vaporettoje conseille pour une nuit ça l a fait un peu cher mais c est Venise
Pros:

Son emplacement à 3 min à pied de la gare santa luccia
L hôte était très bien
Nous avons pu poser nos sacs à dos dans le hall avec la confiance de l hôte mais pas de bagagerie (peut être ne rien mettre de valeur à l intérieur ça fait peur )
Le lit très confortable

Cons:

Pas de séchoir
Très vétuste pour une nuit ça va
Escalier pour atteindre les chambres (si problème de genou a préciser )

Unpleasant plumbing smells affecting sleep, poor air conditioning and very noisy, staff friendly.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bed linen and towels were clean and tidy. There was no mould, and the floors were clean. The staff were friendly, communicative, and helpful. The location was good, close to the city centre, and the side street was relatively quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by several issues. The air conditioning was very poor: it did not cool the room properly and was very noisy while operating. The ventilation fan above the room sometimes worked and sometimes stopped, possibly due to issues with the electrical system.
The bathroom was located directly in front of the bed and did not have a proper door, only a folding plastic screen, which was broken. There were large gaps between the screen and the frame, which allowed unpleasant smells from the bathroom and pipes to spread into the room. Although the bathroom itself was clean, there was a serious problem with the plumbing and strong unpleasant odours coming from the pipes. The smell was sometimes strong enough to wake us up during the night and greatly affected our comfort.
During our stay, the weather was extremely hot. We wanted to open the window to get some fresh air, but there was a large ventilation unit in the inner courtyard that produced a very loud noise, making it difficult to rest.
Unfortunately, we stayed for five nights during a period of very high temperatures, and the room did not provide the comfort and relief expected after a long day. These issues had a significant impact on the quality of our stay.

Buena estadía en el hotel Rossi
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, la habitación estaba muy limpia y era estéticamente agradable. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, y eso que estuvimos en plena alerta roja por ola de calor. Nos ofrecieron dejar las valijas luego del check out , con lo que ahorramos varios euros, lo que se aprecia. Había leído los comentarios y tenía algo de temor, pero me sorprendió muy gratamente.

Cons:

El baño era realmente muy pequeño. A diferencia de otros viajeros, debo decir que sí había box de ducha, de buen tamaño y salía el agua caliente y con potencia, pero el espacio para el inodoro y la bacha del baño era diminuto, al punto de ser incómodo. Hay que tener presente que no tiene ascensor, y puede llegar a tocarte un cuarto piso, pero las escaleras son normales y ya iba prevenida sobre esto.
