Hotel Il Parco degli Ulivi

Nous avons passé 2 jours magnifique ! Tres beau souvenir de cet hotel et surtout une vue et un calme incroyable, avec juste en contre bas un enclos avec des chevaux que nous pouvions aller caresser tous les matins.
L accueil et la gentillesse de Serena nous a beaucoup touchés.
Le petit dejeuner est tout a fait correct.
Je note quand meme quelques points negatifs : nous n avions pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain mais je suis sure que si nous en avions demandé on nois en aurait fournis.
Et malheureusement nous avons eu la chambre a coté du terrain de foot oû il y avait des entraînements tous les soirs tard donc du bruit.
Mais malgre cela, nois gardons un tres tres bon souvenir et nous aurions aimé prolobger notre sejoir encore :)

Hôtel sympa avec une vue magnifique sur les îles éoliennes. Néanmoins la piscine et les chambres devraient être un peu rénovés, quelques dégâts constatés. C’est aussi dommage que le restaurant ne soit plus un vrai restaurant, mais propose uniquement un ou deux entrées et plats.
Séjour tout de même très agréable.

My family and I stayed here and we were blown away by the service given by Sara and Jessica who were fantastic in helping us with every possible need we had during our stay! The food was fantastic and the views were stunning. The property was secure and in an excellent location. We were made to feel at home as was our autistic son, we couldn’t be more grateful!

Absolut schlechte Unterkunft und Service mit folgender Begründung:

Mein Aufenthalt hat vom 20.6. bis 3.7. 2019 gedauert und es war für mich eine Qual.
Das Hotel wurde von mir mit dem Hintergrund gebucht, dass ein schöner Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht vorhanden ist. Und das war es dann auch schon.

Nun zu Sache:
Aussicht: Top

Pool: Dreckig und während meines Aufenthaltes 7 Tage außer Betrieb!!! Das Wasser war schon gelblich und die Poolwand hatte einen gelben Rand vom abgestandenen Wasser. Nach 7 Tagen außer Betrieb, wurde der Pool mit dem gleichen Wasser und dem gelben Dreck weiter betrieben.

Allgemeinflächen des Hotels: dreckig ohne Ende und wunderbar abgewohnt, fast ein wenig geisterhaft

Zimmer: dreckiges Bad mit Klobürste die sich vor Dreck und Bakterien nicht mehr wehren kann.
Zimmerfenster mit Riss in der Scheibe und wunderbar dreckig.

Allgemein zum Hotel:
Das Service ist sehr schlecht, vor allem richtet das Hotel dauernd Hochzeiten, Taufen oder Geburtstagspartys von einheimischen Italienern aus. Dann ist es Schluss mit lustig und der Hotelgast hat gefälligst Platz zu machen. Am Abreisetag wurde Geburtstag gefeiert mit DJ bis 1:30 Uhr Früh und das mit voller Lautstärke. Jegliche Reklamation meinerseits erfolglos, es wurde sogar mit einem Lächeln abgetan.
Auch der unbenutzbare Pool wurde von mir reklamiert bzw. ein Skonti auf die Room Rate wurde eingefordert, ohne Erfolg. Das Service meinte, sie könne nichts machen.
Frühstück: mies, mies, mies

We arrived with a group to the hotel. Somebody had no electricity in his room, some could not enter the room because of the door, someone had no heating, well we didnt have clean sheets and towels, it was full with make up stains, half used soaps, hairs and blood. After I reported the lack of clean towels to the staff, they didnt care.
Although they expected our arrival, we had to wait for 2 hours for the dinner, which turned out to be really awful, just as the breakfast. The breakfast run out really quickly, and we had to ask for water several times, as there was absolutely no drink (no juice, no coffe, no tea, etc), so I would recommend this hotel only if you like survival conditions.

Came back to this hotel as we headed home from Sicily because we were treated so well on our first stay.
Sarah greeted us as friends & not customers, which was fantastic after a long drive. The restaurant was closed in the evening as it was the last night before they closed after the summer but we were directed to a suitable replacement restaurant after a couple of cold beers.

The large double room was clean & the bed comfortable

The most disgusting food i ever had during holidays, every day the same + leftovers from earlier meals, cold, fried with no taste, additionally you have to ask several times that they refell empty plates. 0 effort from the management and crew! You have such a tasty food in Italy, where is your proud? This hotel is antireclama of this country!

Hotel très agréable avec un bon niveau de confort

La struttura si presenta in ordine ed è situata in una posizione splendida con una vista meravigliosa sulle isole Eolie.
E' dotata di una bella piscina a sfioro ed un giardino che in estate sono sicuramente apprezzabili, ma purtroppo non in occasione della mia visita in febbraio.
La camera era pulita, il letto comodo, il bagno spazioso. La colazione era appena sufficiente.
Unico neo la mia camera era attigua ad un campo di calcetto, con urla e schiamazzi dalle 21 a mezzanotte.
Nel complesso l'impressione è buona, sicuramente valida nella bella stagione.

Good thing we always check room before bringing in our things. Bedbugs on bed of a beautiful room with a view. Very disappointed. They changed our room immediately but needless to say I couldn’t sleep that night. Otherwise beautiful infinity pool with beautiful view.

riscaldamento in bagno chiuso, eravamo in due ma gli asciugamani erano per una persona mancava il sapone fatte le rimostranze hanno provveduto. La colazione scarsissima due croissant e delle torte sembravano del supermarket, in compenso buona la cena. Posto bello con gran panorama e camera ampia nel complesso discreto

We enjoyed our stay, our rooms were comfortable and kept very clean by hotel cleaners. The reception staff were helpful, particularly when one of our party needed medication urgently. They located a pharmacy in the next town that was open at 10.30pm and phoned ahead to alert staff of what was required. However, it would have been helpful to us if the reception area had maps of the local area and some information about local towns to visit and places of interest etc. The dining room staff could have been more welcoming with an acknowledgment of a 'good morning' etc. We hired a car which enabled us to get into the local town where we met some lovely people who spoke English and who advised us of good local restaurants, enen phoning ahead to book us a table! We visited both Taormina and Missina both of which are not too far to drive. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Verschwendet Euer Geld nicht in einen Laden, der außen hui (Umgebung und Pool) und innen pfui (kein Jacuzzi (wie beworben) ist, kein Fitnessarea (wie beworben), Frühstück unappetitlich, Staff unfreundlich, bevorzugt junge Reisegruppen osteuropäischer Länder . Private Feiern (Hochzeiten, Geburtstsge, andere Feierlichkeiten) am Abend mit Band verhindert die Nachtruhe bis mindestens 2 Uhr.
Zimmer haben dem Charme eines Souterrain-Appartements.

Navi hat das Hotel nicht gefunden, obwohl fast neu und abgedatet. Sparsam eingerichtet.

Just returned home from a weeks holiday staying at the Il Parco Daegli Ulivi hotel. One word of caution there are no amenities within walking distance of this small hotel. There is an All Inclusive option however this seems to be offered mostly to Polish guests. Beautiful pool and poolside bar, rooms very clean lovely bathrooms. Food average nothing special. All guests are crammed in a small dining room for all meals, when there is a large dining room available which is kept empty. Waiting on staff and bar staff don't appear happy at work. Limited drinks available from pool side bar. Nothing in mini bar. There is a wellness and fitness centre but this was never open. This hotel has enormous potential, but is poor.y led and managed currently. Could do much better, we will not be re-visiting, however Sicily is a fabulous place to visit. Certainly recommend visiting Millazo.

We stayed here for a week in July, the Hotel is not even that old, but rundown by a lazy not caring managment. The pool and view are as mentioned many times before, stunning.
Unfortunately not the area surrounding it, almost all umbrellas and pool loungers are broken. There is a big dinning room with big glass walls on 3 sides...that is just used to store tables and chairs....they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in a way less welcoming and smaller room.
Only 3 people speak English, the younger barkeeper, 1 kitchen worker and 1 of the receptionist people.....everybody else looks at you with a bedazzled face when you approach them in anything but italian.
The language barrier is also what makes them come across somewhat rude...except for Massimo the Daytime Barkeeper!
The food is totally ok, there is always better but there is for sure way worse, might sound weird, but they have the best sparkling water ever!! out of the fountain machine!!
The weirdest thing is, they let locals use the Hotel pool!!! There is not enough pool furniture for the guests as it is...but when 30 non hotel guests invade the pool area...you are forced to sit your wet booty on the ground. Ive never seen anything like that before...anywhere.
They also rent the pool and bar area out to people for weddings and parties....and send their own hotel guests away on those nights (away from the bar and pool area).
The Hotel grounds are fine too...but like mentioned before...nobody there gives a s*** , there were 3 empty beer bottles abandoned on a table in the yard....they were still there after a week.
Its just a shame, this place could be a top notch hotel...but it is simply not
Would we comeback? NO
Would we recommend? Depends on your expectations... food, room and pool are good...so if you dont care about all the other stuff...yes you can visit this place.
