Hotel Diego De Almagro Aeropuerto

Even thought i eanted to stay near the airport for my next day flight… my room had a humidity smell, the door of my room was open before i entered so i did not feel safe

Ok hotel to spend a night if you have a very early or very late flight. Old but spacious. Convenient, very close to the airport and with shuttle service

The rooms were spacious and nice, the only issue is that the rooms seem a little outdated. However, the staff was nice, and the location is conveniently close to the airport.

The hotel looks old and not renovated. The internet is terrible.

Nice place. Very convenient if you fly in and out. Breakfast starts at 4am so you can have it even if you leave hotel early.

The hotel is good, staff at reception was very helpful, the grounds include some quite nice litle places, the transfer service is included and very convenient, and the best for me was a very comfortable bed.

There was some confusion at check-in / out, apparently due to the booking made through Expedia, but was promptly solved. Public transport and places to buy necessaries are practically non existent nearby, as the hotel seems to cater mainly for business people who move around in taxis, if needed.
In my opinion, the hotel is very good for business people or if you just need a "stop rest" between flights.

This was an emergency reservation and chose this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle, which never happened. There was no contact regarding pick up location and time nor notice about schedule to the airport, therefore ended up fending for own transportation.

AC doesn’t work.

They maje do a peritoon at tje restaurant to have the breakfasr earlier and the. the breakfast doesn exist.

They were unable to generate an invoice, they ask me like 3 times tbe required information and the invoice was not ready at my checkout.

One of the worst experiences in the last years. Old and vad managemnt and atention for more than 120 Usd.

I tried to call and no one picked up the phone and then I sent him a message and no one returned my message telling him that I was at the airport and to send the shuttle. Instead I just took a taxi and it cost me $23. I'll never stay there again. They're better options.

El caballero que nos atendió no fue muy cortés y poco empático. Respondió negativamente a todos nuestros pedidos. En cambio una de las chicas nos resolvió. El desayuno es malísimo (o por lo menos lo que sirvieron ese día.
El taxista (Giovanni) que nos consiguieron es excelente.
