Classy elegant hotel in the centre of Verona
Pros:

Exceptional hotel, very professional and friendly staff with high standards of service.
Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel are very good The spa was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We look forward to returning soon.

Gute Lage, sehr schlechtes Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis, bemüht aber unfähig

Die Lage, die hochwertige Ausstattung, das teilweise freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Das teilweise uninteressierte Personal. Ein 5*-L-Hotel muss Top sein, dies ist es bei weitem nicht.
Der Wellnessbereich verfügt über Diveres, aber eben in einer Dimension, dass man sagen kann, dass es vorhanden ist. Das Dampfbad hat einen unästetischen Eindruck, die Damen im Spa sind weit weg von Service und Wohlfühlen.
Das Frühstück passt eher für ein 3*-Hotel - die Mitarbeiterin am 2./3. Tag kennt das Wort Service eher nicht.. Das selbe Brot begleitete uns 3 Tage, da kaum Gäste anwesend waren. Diverses gibt es nur gegen Aufzahlung., obwohl mit Frühstück gebucht. Ich wollte in die Parkgarage fahren, der Rezeptionist hat uns angeboten, das Auto vor dem Hotel stehen zu lassen - verrechnet wurden Euro 45 pro.Tag. Unsere up-gegradede Suite hatte keinen großzügigen Charakter [vollgestellt, eng].
Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.

Good stay
Pros:

Location. Everyonre very kind and helpful. Room cleam and spacious. They gave me water and chocolate when I checked out. Very kind.

Cons:

We had breakfast twice. There was no warm foods (scrambled egg? Bacon, sausage) in first day. Second breakfast was no problem.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel. It’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in the staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming they kept suggesting me things to do and they always wanted to make me happy the room is well designed and very luxurious and they offer a free parking which was really nice

Coin spa très agréable avec belle piscine intérieure.
Très bon petit déjeuner
Beaucoup de petites attentions : petites gourmandises, cadeau... on est chouchoutés !
