4 days of luxury and happiness
Pros:

All of the staff were superb. Friendly and professional.
The quality of all of the fixtures, fitting, furnishings and products are first class.
We've never stayed in such a clean hotel. Rooms were spotless. Great compliment for housekeeping..and we never saw them. :-)
Excellent spa facility and super cocktail bar.
Breakfasts were outstanding.

Cons:

Would have liked to seen a more extensive dinner menu.

Très joli hôtel mais le tarif est trop élevé
Pros:

L’emplacement est très central et donc très pratique car très proche de tous les points d’intérêt du centre historique. Petit hôtel très calme et très intime.

Cons:

Le prix est un peu trop élevé. Les espaces communs sont tout petits. Le petit déjeuner était OK mais pas extraordinaire.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner fort cher et peu varié pour un hôtel de ce standing.
De plus, faire payer pour une omelette ou des pancakes alors qu’on est dans un 5 étoiles…

Upscale Find In The City Center
Pros:

The hotel is PERFECT for being able to walk about and see the historic part of the city, while finding reprieve mid day either in the room, the spa, or the rooftop bar. The restaurant/bar is small, but the service was top notch from Giovanna & Paolo. Giovanna really knows her wines and made great suggestions for us to pair with our meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the rooftop when weather permitted. Every meal we had on site was delicious and I will be craving the Parmigiana di Melanzane until we return. The room we stayed in was nicely appointed and the staff of the hotel was very kind & accommodating.

Good Choice
Pros:

Vista Verona was very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast spread and attendant both were very pleasant. We would like to give a shout out to all of the staff. They not only very friendly and accomodating they were very caring. Our luggage arrived a day and a half after we did. They were very helpful in keeping us aware of anything they heard as our desitnation and they joined us in celebrating its arrival. Thanks to all. We highly recommend Vista Verona.

Pros:

Resepsiyon (karşılama/uğurlama çok güzeldi, çok yardımcı oldular, mekan tavsiyeleri ve gezilecek yerler açısından), temizlik ve konum açısından çok memnun kaldık.
Günde iki kere havlularımız değişiyordu, çarşaflar sabun kokuyordu, banyoda bütün banyo ekipmanları detaylı bir şekilde vardı, oda tertemizdi.
Bir daha Verona ya geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden kalırım.

Cons:

Kahvaltı bir tık daha iyi olabilir.
Geç saatlere kaldığınızda büfede eksikler olabiliyor, onların hemen yenilenmesi açısından bir tık iyileştirme yapılması iyi olur.
Terasta servis ve hizmet biraz daha geliştirilebilinir.
