Esperienza positiva ma dettagli da migliorare
Pros:

Bella atmosfera, con uno spazio panoramico attrezzato con dei tavolini dove abbiamo trascorso piacevolmente la parte finale della serata in tranquillità. Servizio navetta molto efficiente. Siamo stati accontentati rispetto a spostamenti anche al di fuori degli orari segnalati. La maggior parte dei componenti del personale è di estrema gentilezza.

Cons:

Light lunch molto deludente. Abbiamo preso due cesar salad e sembrava quasi che si trattasse di uno scherzo…foglie di insalata tagliate senza cura, molto lunghe e grossolane e utilizzo di crostini di pane confezionati (tipo san Carlo), oltre che commenti poco gradevoli fatti ad alta voce dalla cucina a vista. Attesa di 45 minuti per queste preparazioni con un solo altro tavolo occupato. Queste cose non sono accettabili in un contesto del genere. Se tutto il resto del soggiorno non fosse stato estremamente positivo la valutazione sarebbe stata molto più negativa.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel im Stil von Amalfi
Pros:

Ausblick, Terrasse, Pool sind klasse. Der Stil der Anlage ist liebevoll und super schön.
Das Frühstück ist kompakt aber sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Luft im Scala-Zimmer war teilweise etwas schlecht. Das Restaurant war in Ordnung, hat aber optimierungspotential (z.B. statt einem klassischen Cesarsalat-Dressing mit Sardellen war lediglich Mayo auf dem Salat). Am Pool gab es keine Kaffeegetränke mit Milch.

Spectacular!
Pros:

Dramatic views! Amazing location in the cliffs, away from the city but with shuttle every hour, you can easily go to and from the city to the hotel.
The staff is 100%!!! Everyone super friendly and always available on WhatsApp too.
Breakfast was good, we just didn't have time to try the restaurant.
I wish i was still there.

Cons:

The pillows are too hard for me.

Tanto potenziale e vista mozzafiato
Pros:

Vista della camera stupenda, colazione e cibo molto buoni, spazi scenografici, personale molto cortese e preparato ad esaudire le esigenze dei clienti. Servizio navetta impeccabile per gli orari e la disponibilità. Camera spaziosa, doccia molto ampia.

Cons:

Camera poco insonorizzata, si sentivano i rumori della strada e delle camere adiacenti.
Armadio e stanza da rinfrescare causa odore stantio. Rispetto alla grandezza della stanza pochi spazi per organizzare vestiti/valigie.
Credevamo ci fosse parcheggio in loco ma invece è a parte, convenzionato e con servizio navetta da organizzare.

Lovely stay in best part of Amalfi coast, a quieter haven away from crowds !
Pros:

Amazing property and views with attentive helpful staff. The shuttle ( a car) was essential and really made this hotel stand out.

Staff very friendly & accommodating, beautiful location.
Pros:

The location & view were amazing & not only did we have a view from our room, but the view at both breakfast & dinner was just spectacular.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard and at times the road right outside your door was noisy & it got cold a couple of nights & there was no heating.

Special place with a view!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel just in front of the Amalfi coast. Lemon Garden, pool and terraces invite to relax. The room was functional, quite big and a common matrace. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personal.

Pros:

Staff always greeted you with a smile. The hotel was situated in beautiful surroundings. Roof top pool was amazing. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice in the morning. Excellent service with the free shuffle car.

Pros:

God og variert frokost, men flere ting å velge mellom.

Regelmessig shuttle inn til byen

Cons:

Kaffen var ikke autentisk. De brukte espressputer i stedet for ordentlig kaffe

Litt lite basseng og altfor kloret. Men nydelig terrasse å sole seg på å lese. Fantastisk utsikt

Really relaxing and much better than expected.
Pros:

Exceptional views and staff were so very friendly. Everything worked well and the shuttle service was really great and always on time. Excellenr food and the pool was just stunning.

Cons:

No kettle, coffee, tea in the room. We brought our own kettle, coffee and milk.
