The spa opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 06:30 until 22:00
Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays: 08:00 until 20:00


Children's swimming times are as follows:
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 09:00 and 18:00 – 19:30.
During school holidays, 7 days a week: 08:00 until 09:00 daily

To use the swimming pool facilities during 10 am and 6 pm you need to book a 2 hours pool session in advance with the property.

No lifeguard will be present at the pool area.

A good experience!
Pros:

Love the location. Service in the restaurant very good and head waiter was excellent, as we're waitresses for dinner. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Heating in the room was a bit too warm.

Would stay again but would asked for a refurbished room.
Pros:

The hotel is under improvement, the reception and bar areas as very modern and look lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room we were first allocated was disappointing, the bath didn’t drain, the furniture was tatty and the tv didn’t work. This being said the staff moved us to a much nicer room very quickly.

Nice place to stay to explore the area but more suitable for golfers or spa visitors.
Pros:

The beds were lovely- large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The heating system never seemed to be right- it was often blowing cold air into the room, making it chilly

Professionlism and friendliness of the staff any qustions or issues the staff adressed this, spa facilities clean and in good working order. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Recommend booking spa day for your stay.
Hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment including the bedrooms, the room I stayed in needs refurbishing and look forward to staying there once all rooms are completed.

Cons:

Room service is not all night and ends at 9pm.
The bar shuts before midnight.

Good short break
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff lots of food options and bars.
Restaurant view so amazing, overlooking the golf course.

Cons:

Tv signal not good, we had to move rooms just to be able to watch tv. They seemed to struggle to find a room which had a watchable tv.
Food service was very slow, although very attentive staff. But did feel that as there was a couple who were choosing their wedding menu
took priority. They came after us, got their starters and finished before we got ours.
Staff came to apologise it was taking so long for a Luke warm soup and a scotch egg (40 mins)

Nice relaxing getaway, great walks and good amenities.great little gym.

Cons:

Access to spa was limited unless booking in advance, no robes available and non-booking guests are only allowed beds in the corner.
