This is a standard 3 star not a 4 star
Pros:

Staff were good we had a quick pizza which was very good

Cons:

The hotel has no ac so rooms were very warm. the room had no amenities i.e shower cap face cloth glass or something to put your toothbrush in. The lighting in the room wasnt great. At a price of 200 euro room only it is not good value I would not consider this a 4 star more of a standard 3 star.

For such a family friendly place the breakfast start times were a bit late for small children, 8am on the Saturday was not ideal

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Were very helpful and very chatty felt very at home. Asked for a fan and it was delivered to my room was so kind. Food was 10/10 and room was 10/10

Pleasant staff, good facilities and convenient location
Pros:

Staff were helpful and cheery. It was a good location as a base for exploring Galway. The hotel is in a quiet residential area and there was no traffic noise. The room was big and clean. The gym and spa facilities were well-equipped. The garden and grounds were well-kept. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Our room and communal areas were very warm. It was the middle of a heatwave, but there must be little or minimal air conditioning.

It would have been good to have a room safe and fridge.

Pros:

It was last minute booking for overprice, unfortunately. The hotel has a huge parking space, so it was comfortable to leave our car without spending time for parking in the town. There is a pub in the same building, but we came too late to have a dinner there. The room was big and clean, unfortunately with no conditioner, that in +28 was a problem. The personal was very welcoming and tried to make our stay comfortable.

Waited 40 minutes for a steak, I eventually just left and the breakfast was fairly poor for what they charge for it .

Location was good and staff were very friendly

Cons:

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and no aircon or even a fan in the room

Very comfortable, good breakfast, good facilities and very friendly staff

Cons:

We asked for the room to be cleaned at the reception, it was noted down but forgotten so we had our used cups, etc left overnight in the room

Pros:

Bardzo dobry, duży hotel za nieduże pieniądze. Posiada wiele atutów, czysto, wiele przestrzeni relaksu, siłownia, basen, pyszne śniadanie.

Cons:

Mimo opłaconego przez Booking pobytu, spisanie karty kredytowej w celu zablokowania środków na kaucję.

We stayed for 2 nights, and breakfast was really poor. Simply not enough food, nor basic food. This is a 4-star hotel, not 2. Please review the breakfast choices. (((((( The cost of the same is €15 per person

Cons:

Another note: the reception said the hotel is "environmentally friendly," so no cleaning is needed. I really don't understand the concept of the same. Be honest, say you do save on the cleaning staff.

Parfait et au calme . La piscine Hammam Sauna étaient une très belle surprise . Les chambres et petit dèj superbes - Vraiment une belle adresse sur un parcours Galway. Très grand parking gratuit et accès facile.
