Aanrader voor groepsn die Turijn willen bezoeken maar ook de drukte ontvluchten

Het zwembad, de ligging van de huisjes in een bos en het uiterlijk van de huisjes, eerder kunnen inchecken, gratis parkeren

Il riscaldamento non funzionava!!!
Cons:

Ho pernottato domenica 9 novembre e all'arrivo non avevo da subito rilevato che il riscaldamento non funzionasse poiché ho fatto il check-in/ingresso in camera intorno alle 23/23.30). Il mattino seguente invece ho appreso che la caldaia (e quindi anche il riscaldamento!) non funzionava (non c'era acqua calda...): caldaia in blocco. Contattata la reception, non ho ricevuto alcun tipo di assistenza. Ho chiesto di essere ricontattato dal Manager della struttura ovvero dalla proprietà per condividere l'accaduto e mi è stato riferito che non era possibile prima di mercoledì 12 novembre. Dal quel giorno, in ogni caso, nessuno mi ha contattato quantomeno per scusarsi del disguido. No comment. Ho foto e video a dimostrazione di quanto dichiarato.

Pros:

Il luogo è la struttura esternamente

Cons:

Il materasso era morbido ed il letto non era stabile ma oscillava ogni volta che uno di noi si voltava la tv nella zona divano e non davanti al letto , odore di muffa infatti avevano messo un profumatore per camuffare, lo scarico dell’acqua rimaneva incastrato si doveva spingere due volte .
