Relaxing stay
Pros:

Well located in a quiet part of town. Near the cathedral, however, with the windows closed, you didn't hear the bells too much.
Walking distance to city centre.
Nice historic rooms.
Staff were terrific and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious.
Nice garden seating for breakfast and dinner.
AC in the room worked very well.
Clean room.
Comfy bed.
Safe, coffee, tea in room.
Spa on site with pool.

Cons:

Parking can be a little difficult around the hotel.

Pros:

Tout est parfait : l'emplacement, le lieu chargé d'histoire, la chambre comfortable, les repas.
Et même une climatisation qui est silencieuse.

Cons:

Rien

Convivial, just the place fora stop after a stressful day
Pros:

Historic, romantic, quiet, although smack right in the middle of it, accommodative staff with a can-do attitude, good dinner and thank you for the wonderful baguette you prepared for my early departure.

Cons:

It’s so old that making a quiet escape down the stars is pretty much impossible. The stairs creak and moan as you climb and descend them

Pros:

Beautiful old building, right in the historic quarter and a short walk from the centre of town. Very friendly reception and great to have on-site secure parking.

Cons:

Would have preferred to have an actual shower rather than shower spray over the bath

Perfect stay in a beautiful B&B
Pros:

Such a stunning hotel. I wish we had 2 nights there. The common areas, grounds, pool, etc. were all exceptional. The breakfast was the best I've had in France. The rooms were huge and comfortable. We slept super well - nice to have AC!

Cons:

N/A. Truly a perfect hotel and stay. There isn't anything I would change.

A wonderful find in an interesting historic city. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

We loved the medieval setting and location was perfect. The hotel had a comfortable and quality ambience. We appreciated the courtyard settings for breakfast and evening dining, we enjoyed both our breakfast and supper. We booked superior doubles and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice about parking. There were thoughtful additions in the bathroom and room.

Cons:

The hotel is in close proximity to the cathedral so there were frequent bell chimes but these did not disturb our sleep as shutters were effective.
The pool area was welcomed but limited in space both in terms of the pool and sun beds.
Our room didn't have a shower but double ended bath comfortable. There was a handheld shower for washing hair though.

On pensait la chambre plus grande encore, il y a beaucoup de meubles.
Le personnel est extra !!

Cons:

Il faudrait une table plus petite pour pouvoir mieux circuler

Stunning property with Quirks
Pros:

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, stunning property. Lovely pretty little courtyard plunge pool (hydro jet does not work)
Comfy bed. Very clean. brilliant location. Quiet. Lots of character and charm.

Cons:

4* NOT 5! We booked a suite. The room was very basic, quite dated, no mini bar or snacks, just a bag of sugared nuts. The shower was a hand held that you had to crouch in the bath to use. Our bath products were old and half used and the seals were broken. The big bottle of body wash for the bath had enough for 2 people to clean themselves once only. Really felt scrimpy. A few mismatched hangers in wardrobe. Pillows weren't great. 'Air Con' does not vent to outside so is not massively effective but helped a bit.

We were in an attic suite with some low beams by bed and above bathroom door, not ideal for 2 tall people. So be aware of that, we were also top floor so lots of beautiful uneven stairs - bear that in mind if your unfit or unstable.

Breakfast expensive. We opted for a light one - 16 Euros each got us a Filter coffee, a baguette and 2 croissants, jam and butter.

Also be aware the plunge pool courtyard area is small. Max 6 people.
