We had a wonderful stay at Miras Hotel. The location, atmosphere and overall experience were excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Serkan for his exceptional hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. He made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would also like to thank all the hotel staff for their friendly and professional service. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Honestly, we had a very pleasant experience and there was nothing we disliked during our stay.

Great location, magnificent views, gorgeous cave room accommodation. Views from every aspect of the Hotel. Spotless, lovely helpful staff. Yummy fresh breakfast all made onsite, Beautiful attention to detail. Perfect for the trip I was wanting. Calm, quiet, peaceful. Plenty of nightlife if you want close by. It's all about the sunsets & sunrises, be sure to enjoy the 5am Hot Air Balloon vista, totally worth it!

A highly recommended wonderful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Miras Hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the main viewpoints and the center of Göreme. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Serhan at the reception, who was extremely kind and helped us arrange all our activities. A great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel très professionnel.
Le petit déjeuner très copieux.
Merci à Serkan pour son dévouement et son professionnalisme.

Cons:

La piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle et nous n’avons pas été averti.
La literie de notre chambre était catastrophique, pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est juste honteux.
La chambre censée être troglodyte ( attention je parle ici de la chambre qui nous a été allouée et non des autres chambres) était ni plus ni moins qu’une chambre classique avec des pierres de taille, donc aucun rapport avec les chambres troglodytes appelées «  caves ».
Je pense que nous avons été dupés.

zrobiłem rezerwacje przez booking na dwa pokoje i zapłaciłem za pobyt w hotelu. Godzine przed dojazdem do hotelu obsługa skontaktowała sie ze mna że niestety musi anulować rezerwację bo hotel od dawna jest w remoncie a mozliwość rezerwacji to błąd jakiegoś systemu!! zostałem bez hotelu o 11 w nocy a pozostałe hotele były pełne. Dzieki uprzejmości obsługi innego hotelu znalazłem pokój dla siebie i swojej rodziny ale niestety musielismy wszyscy spać w jednym pokoju bo wszystko tego dnia było zajete! Tragedia! Brak odpowiedzialności za klienta!

Almost everything. Serkan, the receptionist, was great. He attended to all my needs even if it is outside his scope of work. Serkan alone would be worth the stay.
