I don't know why people raised up this hotel's reviews, but for me, this hotel is under 2*. Absolutely not service. You going to breakfast they stop you at the door and check your room on the list in front of you. I felt like I am in detention. I seep their coffee it was terrible, believe, dog not gonna drink that coffee. Breakfast is zero for that price. No one is in reception and all the time you have to wait for to someone come. Lifts are old and you can't move your luggage easily when you enter to lift and leave. You have to carry your luggage for movement!! I don't know why this hotel 4*. I think you guys are not aware about Name is not meaning quality!
This property is dated, but very well maintained. Situated next to a wonderful city park, with plenty of shopping and food within walking distance.
It was good.. Water supply was working properly. Room has enough space and comfortable.
Bathroom shower water supply so poor and also shower didnt worked !!!! I couldnt get shower.. It was terrible

Gediegenes Haus in zentraler Lage. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Staff was graet. The condition of the room was acceptable but not even 4 out of 5. Nonsmoking room had distinct snelk of cigarettes. Shower head was dirty and was not working properly. TV was a simple joke.

I have problem not with the hotel because I didn't arrived to hotel at times to zaparozhia because they cancelled our flight from turkey to zaparozhia because the weather we still till now waiting in airport turkey till now we don't know when we'll fly from here and my reservation in intourist hotel finish I don't know if you can help me with this situation with the hotel to change the date of reservations thanks
Anlage ist ganz okay. Gibt sogar ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Angestellte sind sehr nett. Allerdings süricht niemand deutsch
I stay here whenever I am in Zaporizhzhia, it is my favourite hotel there.
