Nice location pleasent staff. The proximity to the town its historical sites etc is an added bonus.
The fact that there was bird poo all over the seats in the balcony area and when I called to ask for cushions, one lad was sent up and just threw water on the chair, not really cleaning the area at all and no cushions were given.
Pool, Parkmöglichkeit, sehr gutes Essen im Bar-Restaurantbereich, sehr aufmerksames Personal, Jacuzzi, Dampfbad, Livebands am Abend. Sehr gutes Frühstück - sehr vielfältig ! Haben uns wegen dem Baustellenlärm beschwert und bekamen dann ein gutes und moderneres Zimmer (136).
Erstes Zimmer (204), mit Baustelle vor dem Fenster, Terrassentür verschlossen, Lärmpegel der Baustelle absolut inakzeptabel! Ein Stuhl war auch kaputt und die Toilette noch nicht gereinigt (!).
An impressive building with a good outdoor terrace overlooking the river - we had a meal at one of the tables there.
Unfortunately we had a poor experience as we were allocated a room with the bathroom set up for disabled visitors. We should have complained and asked for another room! The bathroom facilities were all set up for clients in a wheelchair - low basin, mirror, etc. And the wet room shower curtain was short meaning that the water flooded out from beneath it.
The family deluxe room had 4 beds that were very comfortable.
