Worst hotel experience I have ever had

Pool was OK but too many people

Cons:

This was honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was disappointing.

The car park was completely full, which made arrival stressful. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant, especially as I was staying with children. I was also very concerned that there was no proper window protection/safety restriction in the room for children.

The hotel felt dirty in many areas, and overall it did not feel well maintained.

The restaurant was also extremely poor. When we went for lunch, there were no available places because the restaurant seemed full of outside visitors rather than hotel guests. At dinner, we waited around 40 minutes just for a Coke and a cocktail. I reminded staff three times, but nobody brought the order, so we eventually left.

Breakfast was another bad experience. We had to wait to be seated, and food had already run out before 10:00, even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:30.

Overall, the hotel was overcrowded, dirty, badly managed, and not suitable for families. I would not recommend it.
