Die Lage das Spa die Umgebung und das Personal super > der Rest leider eher enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage ist super ein schöner Park ein schönes gutes Spa - beim Frühstück das Rührei lecker > Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer war warm wie in der Sauna - keine Klimaanlage entsprechend nicht wirklich gut geschlafen
Müslischalen waren nicht sauber > teilweise klebten Reste an den Schalen

Der Spa-Bereich mit Aussenpool, Parkplatzsituation, Garten

Cons:

Regelung mit Kaffee und Kuchen (im Spa-Entgeld enthalten) muss man am anderen Ende des Resorts zu sich nehmen. Frühstücksbuffett ist zu eng und klein für solch ein großes Haus.

Pros:

Der Pool war wunderschön und hat für sich 10 Punkte verdient. Der Rest vom Hotel ist in meinen Augen keine 4⭐S. Der Service beim Frühstück, ich weiß wir leiden unter Personalmangel, war völlig überfordert. Ungut ist auch der Aufbau des Buffet im verbindungsgang Hotel zum Restaurant. Sehr sehr eng. Die Zimmer, bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur, waren wie eine Sauna. Es gab einen Spielzeugventilator, der gar nix gebracht hat.

Cons:

Das der Spabereich extra gebucht werden musste. Habe ich bisher in keinem anderen Wellnesshotel gehabt.

Wunderschönes Ambiente, buche ich gerne wieder

Ruhige Lage auf dem Land, gute Verkehrsanbindung, toll renoviertes altes Anwesen

Cons:

Mehrere Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer lassen darauf schließen, dass bei der Endreinigung drei Punkte übersehen wurden, oder danach nochmal jemand im Zimmer war.

Un luogo rilassante meraviglioso con uno staff professionale e accogliente
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente in un ambiente rilassante.
Lo staff è professionale, gentile e molto disponibile.
Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi e tutto quello che serve.
La colazione e incredibile con tutto quello che si può desiderare, cibo molto fresco e variato.
La zona wellness è meravigliosa e molto pulita.
Posteggio comodo, vicino e anche per la bici c'è la possibilità di chiuderla all'interno.
Prezzo prestazione eccezionale.

La mancanza di tende oscuranti nella camera.
