Man fühlt sich rundum wohl!
Pros:

Hervorragendes Essen, freundliches Personal, ein toller Wellnessbereich. Das Hotel selbst ist zwar alt, aber sauber und gut in Schuss.

Camera silenziosa, spa buona, ma a pagamento.

Cons:

Camera più piccola di quella che avevo prenotato, internet in camera non funzionava correttamente, reception non accogliente. Infine anche il ristorante sotto le aspettative.

Pros:

Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Kuchenbuffet als nette Überraschung im Wellnespaket enthalten. Tolle Kuchenauswahl.

Cons:

Zur Nutzung des Fitnessbereiches ist der volle Wellnesszuschlag erforderlich. Sonst alles top.

Es war ein toller Abend, trotz kleiner Unpässlichkeiten - wir werden wiederkommen!
Pros:

Das sehr zügig servierte Abendessen zur Veranstaltung "Rock trifft Klassik" war sehr schmackhaft und ordentlich warm.
Aufgrund des uns mitgeteilten kurzfristigen Personalmangels betrachten wir diese Zügigkeit aber überhaupt nicht als Mangel.
Das Frühstück war - wie immer - vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Der relativ kostenintensive Wein hätte nicht nur auf den Tisch gestellt werden sondern auch ins Glas serviert werden können. - vom Vorkosten einmal abgesehen. Wir waren in Ihrem Hotel einen anderen Umgang mit uns gewöhnt.

Wenn der Pool in Zukunft auch am Morgen genutzt werden kann, werden wir Stammgäste.

lecker.

Cons:

Ein tollerer Pool in einem Spa Hotel, der nicht in der Frühe genutzt werden kann. Noch nie in einem 4* Hotel erlebt.

Cons:

Chambre standard ne correspond pas aux photos, plus petite et bureau quasi inexistant pour travailler. Je l’ai signalé mais la personne a l’accueil n’a rien voulu entendre à part me dire qu’il faut payer plus.
Odelie de terre dans la douche.
J’avais la chambre 3, dur à accéder avec grosse valise lourde avec les escaliers en colimaçon.
Sinon la chambre était propre

Buffet war sehr reichhaltig. Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Spa Bereich sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Getränke sind leider viel zu überteuert. Spa ist leider sehr überlaufen sodas wir mit unserem Tagesticket nicht alles voll ausschöpfen konnten. Saunabereich ist bei voller Auslastung des Hotels viel zu klein. Leider wurden auch die Liegen blockiert obwohl man im Hotel Kaffee trinken war.
