Pros:

Отличное расположение -до центра 7 минут. Город был очень украшен для фестиваля Кукерляндия. Очень вкусно поужинали в ресторане Ямбол. В отеле у нас был отличный большой номер с огромным балконом. В номере было очень тепло, удобная постель, чистейшее белье. Большая благодарность сотрудникам небольшого семейного отеля за уют, чистоту и удобства!

Ще потърся отново този хотел при необходимост от кратък престой в града
Pros:

Добро местоположение в непосредствена близост до центъра на града. Възможност за свободно и безплатно паркиране. Чисти и приветливи стаи с удобни легла. Отлично съотношение между цена и качество.

Cons:

Липсата на асансьор затруднява трудноподвижните граждани при изкачване до стаите на последните етажи. В банята би било добре да има перде край душа, та при ползването му да не се мокри останалото пространство.

В общем то к отелю особых претензий нет, расположение хорошее, рядом с центральным парком

Cons:

Нам предоставили не тот номер, который был заказан. При раннем бронировании, я специально выбрал номер с балконом, это был люкс и стоил на 15-20 евро дороже прочих. Дали хороший номер, но без балкона.
Ну и у стола нет розетки, чайник включали на тумбочке у кровати

Last minute choice
Pros:

This was a last minute booking for us. The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Reception staff were either not very approachable or absent. An occasional smile would have helped! Our room was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Difficult to contend with a suitcase up 6 flights of stairs. "Parking" is waste ground 100m up the road.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение. Просторна стая с хубава баня. От терасата на 10 стая се открива прекрасна гледка. Вечерно време цари тишина и спокойствие, което в съчетание с удобното легло гарантира дълбок сън.

Cons:

На прозореца в банята няма мрежа против насекоми. Телевизорът е много малък. Закуската не е включена в цената и за нея се доплащат 14 лв.
