Mi-a plăcut ca a fost liniste, personalul foarte amabil si responsiv, micul dejun variat si satisfăcător. Lenjerie de calitate. Curățenia excepțională. Locație foarte accesibila. Un raport calitate pret foarte bun!

Cons:

Pentru plata la destinație s-a cerut garanție un card de credit si s-a efectuat plata de pe acesta inainte sa ajung la cazare. As fi vrut sa achit cu un card de debit, cum a fost menționat in specificațiile de pe Booking.

Helpfulness at its best.
Pros:

Tot bé,

L'hotel és a cinc minuts a peu del centre històric de Cluj.

El personal és EXTREMAMENT amable i sempre prest a ajudar i a proporcionar informació. Especialment l'Àlex (crec que és el director de l'establiment).

Pàrquing al pati interior del mateix hotel.

Sens dubte la meva primera opció si torno a la ciutat.

Recomand acest hotel. Cu siguranta voi mai reveni.
Pros:

Hotelul se afla la 15 minute de mers pe jos fata de centrul vechi si la 30 de minute de mers pe jos pana la Cluj Arena.
Pozele de pe site reflecta realitatea.
Micul dejun a fost proaspat si gustos iar personalul a fost in permanenta foarte amabil si placut.
S-au schimbat zilnic prosoapele iar la dus era in permanenta sampon si gel de dus puse in recipiente generoase.
In minibarul din camera bauturile si gustarile au fost din partea casei.

Cons:

Aparatul de aer conditionat din camera a fost functional dar părea destul de vechi si ar fi necesitat o curatare.
Geamul care se deschidea nu era prevazut cu sita pentru insecte.
Aeroportul este destul de aproape si se aud avioanele cand decoleaza / aterizeaza.
