Pros:

Le personnel est à l’écoute et très gentil. L’emplacement est idéal à 2 min de la station de bus et à 9 minutes des termes et de la station de ski Bormio 2000. J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Pros:

La struttura è curata e si trova in ottima posizione, comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che le principali attrazioni della zona.
La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita, con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche i servizi offerti dall’hotel sono risultati di buon livello e hanno reso l’esperienza piacevole e senza intoppi.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno positivo.

Cons:

Non abbiamo trovato all’altezza il servizio di mezza pensione.
Nota di merito a Domenico, che si è distinto per professionalità e cordialità.
Nota di demerito, invece, al maître più giovane, che è risultato poco accogliente, dando un’impressione di scocciatura che ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza!
Considerando che si tratta di un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo una cena più curata e con proposte più sofisticate.
