Very basic accommodation, as a guide for UK travellers, it is below a Premier Inn/Travelodge
I appreciate it won’t affect everyone but as a family with food allergies, they were very unhelpful - no labelling or idea how to support for the breakfast (even though it is a mandatory requirement)
Cleaning was ok when it happened but they were strict on when it had to be done

La ubicación era excelente.
Nos pusieron en una habitación triple. Era diminuta. La cama litera no tenía colchón, notabas todas las partes del somier y se hacía imposible dormir. Pedimos que nos pusieran un colchón o algo que hiciese más cómodo dormir ahí y no lo hicieron. La zona de desayunos era muy pequeña y los productos se agotaban en seguida. A veces no los reponían.
This hotel is very close to subway and trains. Right in the heart of Ueno near a popular shopping street and numerous tourist sites like shrines and the Tokyo Museum. Also, it is very calm and silent even if it's near the highway.
A lot of amenities, including pyjamas, different types of pillows anbd a washer/dryer that wash very well and dry efficiently!
For the price, it was a great option. We did not expect this level of hotel for what we paid.
Breakfast : it's a typical asian breakfast (fish, chicken, rice, natto and some bread/croissant). Since we come from Canada it was not up to our taste but it's nothing against the breakfast itself. It just didn't fit with our tastes. A little jam to put on the bread would have made a big difference (we went and bought it ourselves).
Rooms : bathroom and room are very small. We picked a room with a queen size bed and a bunk bed over us. For the 3 of us it was OK but the issue was storing our luggages during the night. we had to store them in front of the door to allow us to use the bathroom during the night. Not very safe. In Tokyo, this is the type of room to expect.
Location is great. Staff is nice and helpful.
