Pros:

The location was pretty good. Check-in process was fast and you have most of the facilities you will need.

Cons:

We had a room for 3 persons and it was too small. I know japan has not the most spacious rooms but if you are traveling with 3 persons book two rooms or a connecting one. Otherwise you can’t stand in the room with everyone.

Very expensive
Pros:

Good location, large bed. Staff mostly friendly.

Cons:

Way overpriced now, stayed there before, same room for half the price. Bed is quite soft.
Breakfast included but absolutely not worth it ( prefer a lower rate & no breakfast).

Apesar da excelente localização, há opções melhores, com custo semelhante na mesma área.
Pros:

Localização muito boa próxima da estação, próximo a Ueno Park, Akihabara

Cons:

A recepção do hotel cheirava a curry 24 horas. O café da manhã não é o que apresentam nas figuras colocadas no elevador, próximo da recepção.

Excellent spot in Ueno
Pros:

Very clean, great included breakfast. Washing facilities, WiFi, staff, chargers were all great.

Cons:

Mattress was quite stiff/firm, but that may be a preference for some. I couldnt sleep on my side without sore hips.

Excelente localização próxima à estação Naka-okachimachi.
O café da manhã foi muito bom com várias opções de pratos japoneses e ocidentais.

Don't expect warm service here but rooms are comfortable and clean
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and roomy by tokyo standards. Pretty good location but a good 10mins from the narita skyliner

Cons:

Staff were grumpy any time of day. Any question was met with irritation not only towards myself but to other guests too.

Luggage area is right next to the breakfast clearance area. I got vmcurry splashed on my luggage.

The lobby smells like an Indian restaurant and the lifts have a very unpleasant smell disguised as air freshener

Super, würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage, bequeme Kopfkissen!

Cons:

Zimmer etwas klein, aber okay für die kurze Zeit.
Frühstück muss nicht unbedingt gebucht werden.
