Ok but needs improving
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Cleaners were offered access to room at 9am and arrived to clean just before 4pm. Chipped floor tiles, outdoor furniture in poor condition, sofa stained and old.

Fabulous and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Fantastic apartment and wonderful location! Fiona and the other staff were absolutely fabulous.

Cons:

Only problem was getting enough towels left by housekeeping, there was a group of 6 and we only got given 1 or 2 towels but by the time we got back reception was closed.

Short comfortable access to all town facilities.
Pros:

Apartment was well presented, clean and tidy. Layout was great and facilities excellent, better than expected.

Cons:

The amount of streetlight entering the main bedroom around the blinds at night was a huge issue, causing sleep interruptions. The kitchen sink flick mixer and water supply tap were very loose, not a good find. The toilet seat in the main on suite was also loose and askew on an angle. Clearly a great lack of attention to detail by staff.

overall great place to stay
Pros:

great location. nice view of the sea from the little balcony . very clean and roomy apartment. excellent to have ice maker in freezer -very welcome in the tropics. Good supplies of dishwasher tablets, cutlery and crockery .

Cons:

a few bits of equipment needing maintenance e.g., knobs on cooktop falling apart. poor signage on reception level - no signs to pools. had to do a bit of exploration to find. a small dustpan and broom would be helpful to sweep up sand - floor becomes very slippery with just a tiny bit of sand from the beach.

ケアンズで最高のアパートメント！
Pros:

室内がとても広く、快適に過ごせました。
エスプラネードからも近く、ナイトマーケットやウールワースへも徒歩で通えます。
キッチンがあるため、小さな子どもの調理ができてとても良かったです。
お風呂も浴槽がついているので旅の疲れも取れました。
チェックイン時間外にもキャリーケースを預かってくれてとても助かりました。
ケアンズを訪れたときはまた泊まりたい場所です。

Luxurious stay in a picture perfect location with everything you need to have a fun, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Wow, what a location with views in abundance and fantastic eateries and shops so close by... the pool was excellent! The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful.
