Lovely location, but unit needed some work
Pros:

This was a wonderful location! We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants in the CBD. The reception staff was so very kind and helpful, and it was wonderful having parking for our rental car. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the pool was great for the kids.

Cons:

The apartment we had had a very musty smell, which made sense after we realized that everything vented into the house (the drier and the AC units) so everything felt wet all the time. This was surprising since it was winter and not actually humid outside. Oddly, housekeeping came in and made the beds and took out the trash but did not do any cleaning. (This was fine, just odd). The carpets were pretty stained and felt grimy, although the tile areas were very clean. There were lights that were burned out, and some fixtures that needed fixing/updating. We didn't request to have anything fixed while there, so it's possible someone would have taken care of it, but we weren't interested in coordinating that. Not sure how other units would compare, since I believe these are all owned individually.

A clean, spacious apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Great location, lots of space and very clean.

Cons:

Lacking basic things for what you pay. Clothing airing rack for example was falling apart and no glad wrap, alfoil etc.

The lighting in the living area is terrible! Very hard to see, let alone read.

Great place to stay
Pros:

It was a great accommodation, very spacious, very comfortable, perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Cons:

The only drawback was the internet connection. It was quite unstable, but it didn’t affect our holidays.

Overall great place to stay, would book again.
Pros:

Well situated was able to work to shops and dining areas. Rooms were very well clean and had all equipment required to enjoy drinks, snack and make food.

The best place to stay in Cairns!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time in these apartments. They are large, modern, clean, well stocked and the daily cleaning was an unexpected benefit! The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it for families.

Pros:

Location of the property and the size of the apartment.

Cons:

Our apartment faced Abbott street which is noisy (emergency vehicles etc)… in Cairns you need to keep the windows open so I would recommend asking for an apartment that doesn’t face Abbott street.

Lovely location, stay in the esplanade facing apartments on higher floors!
Pros:

location from esplanade and cairns centre, well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the apartment, clean, daily servicing. Nice comfortable apartment.

Cons:

Apartment facing Abbott st fairly noisy but main issue is the location at level 3, just one floor up from Abbott st. Street lights and sunlight streaming into the bedrooms because of the blinds which have gaps and don’t block light out. Suggest replacing bedrooms with blackout curtains. We did not get a sleep in any morning.
