Excellent location, spacious, good pool, well equipped, helpful receptionist
Pros:

The receptionist Fiona is a real asset to this place. Always helpful and informative. Excellent location. Good lap pool. Spacious rooms that well equipped.

Cons:

The screen doors were noisy (but do need screen doors) and where our room was there was a lot of street noise. There were some minor repairs needed.

Loved our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend.
Pros:

It was extremely close to everything. No need to hire a car. Beds were comfortable and unit was very clean. The unit was serviced everyday. Staff were professional and friendly. It’s a great place to stay.

Cons:

Probably would have been better with a second couch or larger couch just for more seating in the unit that we had. However we loved our stay.

Great Location And An Excellent Facility
Pros:

It was centrally located and easy walking distance to main the main tourist hub of Cairns. The rooms were meticulously prepared and the limited housekeeping service was greatly appreciated.

Location was great!

Cons:

Only offered 4 towels, no way to communicate to the cleaning staff we didn’t want a cleaning and when they did clean, they only poorly made one bed.

Pros:

Great location and apartment was clean. Staff were wonderful

Cons:

We booked the Penthouse Apartment specifically because we wanted elevated accommodation with sea views. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the “penthouse” was actually located on the ground floor, with the term being used simply because it was a large apartment.
This was very disappointing, as a penthouse is generally understood to be a top-floor apartment offering great views.

Location was good.

Cons:

Cleaners were offered access to room at 9am and arrived to clean just before 4pm. Chipped floor tiles, outdoor furniture in poor condition, sofa stained and old.
