Wonderful stay - wished it was longer. However will definitely be back again .
Pros:

Spacious Appartment was lovely.Fully equipped Kitchen - with absolutely Everything! Full size laundry . Comfortable beds. Nice balcony views .Great warm water pools.Central water front property was a perfect location.

Cons:

Perfect- Couldn’t fault it.

Very satisfied
Pros:

Located right across from the esplanade boardwalk so convenient to walk everywhere yet far enough away to be quite. Big self contained apartment with balcony. Comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout.
Beautiful big pool.

Cons:

Unable to have a BBQ on resort grounds as no way to light BBQ

Other than that it was an excellent location and property.
Pros:

Excellent location. It says penthouse with pool- but it’s on the ground floor- that’s the only surprise we had- usually penthouse means top most floor.

Cons:

When housekeeping did come through they made up just a couple of the beds (not all), did not give us fresh towels. Also nothing in the kitchen was vacuumed (crumbs and floor and counter), garbage and recyclables not taken out. So we had to do it afterwards (each day).

Pros:

Perfect location, two pools on site and large apartment with all the settings required

When the lifts went out u have to walk down stairs especially if ur on the 3rd floor…

Pros:

-Staff is great and very helpful. 5/5 stars for them.
-Very Good Location.
-- 1 Min walk to restaurants and cafes.
-- 1 Min walk to the Aquarium.
-- 15 Min walk to the Jetty to get to Great Barrier Reef Tours
-- Opposite the beach.
-- 5 Min walk to Car Rental places. We stayed for 6 days. Only needed a car for the last day to visit Crocs Adventure Place. You have the convenient option to take a Uber there too.
-- Around $35 Uber ride from the Airport
-- Around $25 Uber ride to the botanical gardens.

-Spacious and Clean Rooms/Bathrooms. Serviced every day.
-Good kitchenette with everything we needed.
-Comfortable beds.
-Great pool. (Half of the pool is deeper than an average person)

I travelled with my family and stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Highly recommend the place.

Cons:

We had to leave the luggages in a secluded corridor but not behind a door (but only the hotel guests, other apartment residents and hotel staff could access the area). Felt a bit unsecure. It is great if they can keep it behind the counter.

Pros:

Great location, easy access, spacious, comfortable, very pleasant apartment.

Cons:

no frying pans, only one saucepan, no small saucepan, kitchen knives blunt and no steel to sharpen them, strong mildew smell in one bedroom

Pros:

立地がとてもよく、徒歩圏内で色々なカフェ、遊び場、観光スポットに行ける。施設もとても綺麗で清潔。ベッドも寝心地が良く快適に寝れた。
6階の山側のお部屋でしたが見晴らしも良く、毎朝ベランダでご飯を食べるのを楽しんでいました。

Cons:

1日だけタオル交換がなかった。また、サランラップも切れていたが交換がなかった。(といってもフロントに受け取りに行けばいいので問題はない)

Facilities of the apartment, laundry, ac,kitchen especially the fridge with ice.

Cons:

1.Beds / Mattresses worn out - there is hallowing at the centre of the mattresses.
2.Pillows provide no support at all.
3.Require a doona or some other type of cover that is suitable and comfortable. The blanket given is not suitable for the cairns heat.
4. Daily deeper housekeeping with a focus on the bathroom and moping.
5. Having to ask for toilet paper and not having enough toilet paper in the bathrooms to cater for 7 people.
6.Not enough towels to cater for all persons.
7. For the amount paid a better view of the esplanade would have been better.
