Great location close to everything
Pros:

Extremely friendly reception, very accommodating, helpful and responsive

Cons:

The unit had no view of the ocean whatsoever, which am almost certain it did say it t had at the time of booking.
Also a few little things that could have made the stay easier : some salt and pepper, refill of the instant coffee, tea , raw sugar.

Great stay. Highly recommend
Pros:

We stayed here for the first time in Room 606 (3-bedroom apartment) and had a great experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.

The accommodation was very clean, with daily housekeeping — beds were made and towels replaced each day, which was a lovely touch. The apartment had a great-sized fridge, and there was also an ice machine available, which was very convenient during our stay. Pool towels were provided free for the duration of our visit as well.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars, and the undercover parking was easy and convenient.

There are two pools with plenty of sun loungers, and the gym was well maintained, open from 6am–10pm, with working machines, yoga mats, and free weights.

Reception staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay.

Highly recommended — we would definitely stay again.

We had a great week away, and loved the location of our apartment!
Pros:

The location was perfect for us!

Cons:

There were a couple of things that needed to be repaired, like the vanity basin in the ensuite had no plug, and the shower screen in both bathrooms leaked excessive water onto the floor. Toilet placement was very strange in ensuite as well.

Pros:

What a lovely find, beautiful apartment in the centre of Cairns, close to everything. Beautiful pool overlooking the prom. Lovely reception lady, who was so very helpful and kind.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Two bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults. Location was excellent, walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Very convenient front and back entrances and exits (The Esplanade - ocean, restaurants), and back (Abbott St - shops and attractions) made distances to walk a little easier! If being picked up please make sure it's the correct street to be picked up from. Saves a lot of confusion!

Good short stay in Cairns
Pros:

The location was good right on the esplanade and room had everything we needed.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed the sauna and jacuzzi was out of service during the stay but as the water was warm it didn't make much difference.
Sometimes these things can't be avoided but just unfortunate it was during the time of my stay.

Wonderful stay - wished it was longer. However will definitely be back again .
Pros:

Spacious Appartment was lovely.Fully equipped Kitchen - with absolutely Everything! Full size laundry . Comfortable beds. Nice balcony views .Great warm water pools.Central water front property was a perfect location.

Very satisfied
Pros:

Located right across from the esplanade boardwalk so convenient to walk everywhere yet far enough away to be quite. Big self contained apartment with balcony. Comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout.
Beautiful big pool.

Cons:

Unable to have a BBQ on resort grounds as no way to light BBQ

Other than that it was an excellent location and property.
Pros:

Excellent location. It says penthouse with pool- but it’s on the ground floor- that’s the only surprise we had- usually penthouse means top most floor.

Cons:

When housekeeping did come through they made up just a couple of the beds (not all), did not give us fresh towels. Also nothing in the kitchen was vacuumed (crumbs and floor and counter), garbage and recyclables not taken out. So we had to do it afterwards (each day).

Perfect location, two pools on site and large apartment with all the settings required

Pros:

-Staff is great and very helpful. 5/5 stars for them.
-Very Good Location.
-- 1 Min walk to restaurants and cafes.
-- 1 Min walk to the Aquarium.
-- 15 Min walk to the Jetty to get to Great Barrier Reef Tours
-- Opposite the beach.
-- 5 Min walk to Car Rental places. We stayed for 6 days. Only needed a car for the last day to visit Crocs Adventure Place. You have the convenient option to take a Uber there too.
-- Around $35 Uber ride from the Airport
-- Around $25 Uber ride to the botanical gardens.

-Spacious and Clean Rooms/Bathrooms. Serviced every day.
-Good kitchenette with everything we needed.
-Comfortable beds.
-Great pool. (Half of the pool is deeper than an average person)

I travelled with my family and stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Highly recommend the place.

Cons:

We had to leave the luggages in a secluded corridor but not behind a door (but only the hotel guests, other apartment residents and hotel staff could access the area). Felt a bit unsecure. It is great if they can keep it behind the counter.
