The bathroom had a funny smell. The bedroom was dirty especially the floor. The outdoor facility was dirty especially the pool area. It had bird feces on the chairs and tables so I couldn't even sit outside for some fresh air. The other guests were noisy with no consideration that it have others who just wanted peace and quiet

The location was pretty good and pool was clean.
The room was not soundproof, and excessive noise from other guests made it very uncomfortable. Despite this, no action was taken to address the disturbance.
The restaurant was not operational during our stay, and this was not communicated to us in advance. We should have been informed beforehand.
We were only provided with one towel for two persons and had to repeatedly request additional towels, which was inconvenient.

I booked this property but did not stay here. 1. I called in the morning to request early check-in but was told that I could not because they were fully booked. At 2:30 I headed to the property which was very difficult to find. We had to go down a alley which was creepy but when we reached the property, it looked creepy. It was behind a tall fence which you had to enter or leave by someone letting you in or out. The fence seemed to malfunction where it opened then closed then opened then closed and then one side opened. When we entered, the swim up pool area displayed in the photo looked deserted and un-used. They was Noone visible at all on the inside of the gate. There were appox 3 white vans under a covered oning and three small white car which all had a accumulation of dust as if they were not being used. We drove up to the entrance and again, there was no-one to be seen anywhere. There was no movement at all. I was too afraid to get out of the uber. The drive agreed that I should not stay here. I Immediately booked another hotel very close by. I would not recommend this place at all. I actually would like a full refund and have requested but have not heard back..

Das Hotel hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Zudem wirkt das gesamte Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war nicht besonders sauber.
Wir sind bereits um 13:30 Uhr angekommen, obwohl der Check-in offiziell erst um 15:00 Uhr möglich ist. Uns wurde angeboten, gegen einen Aufpreis von 10 Dollar früher ins Zimmer zu kommen. Da wir das nicht akzeptiert haben, mussten wir die Zeit vor Ort warten, was wir als wenig kundenfreundlich empfunden haben.
Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls sehr problematisch: Es gab keine Fenster, wodurch die Luft sehr schlecht war. Zudem war es extrem hellhörig – man konnte nahezu jedes Gespräch aus den Nachbarzimmern hören. Die Belüftung scheint nicht richtig funktioniert zu haben, da es stark nach Chemikalien gerochen hat.
Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur zeitweise, was sehr unangenehm war.
Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
