Pros:

This was a disappointing experience. A hotel charging USA and UK prices but delivering service less than most countries are expected to deliver for the money.
No Coffee or Tea facility in the room, one bath towel issued, If you want to make tea or coffee first thing, you have to go to reception where there is a kettle and you pay US 2 dollars.
The pool was hardly in use as there were constant floaters in the water.
I am disappointed that your company reputation will soon be damaged, having venues like that on your site without a relatstic overview of the premises.

A very disappointed holiday experience.

The employees were amazing very clean gated.

Cons:

Very small rooms No dinner service. Shuttle wasn’t free at certain times. 70tt one way. Pool closed at 6pm

Uncomfortable, not clean. We slept in the clothes we travelled with fear of bedbugs or something.

The airport transfer notice was misleading
Outgoing airport transfers only operates until 1pm . After that I had to pay the taxi
The pool has no deck chairs
The hotel kitchen was under repair

The road to the hotel has no pavement
