Cons:

The extra bed is not comfortable if the child is older. The breakfast is minimalistic, there is no choice and variety.

Unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel
Pros:

Absoluter Bleibegrund ist das äußerst zuvorkommende Personal (Nurol Bey und Fuat Bey ..) und die ruhige Lage in einem liebevoll renovierten Altbau. Jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam haben wir die Mitarbeiter erlebt. Besonders dankbar sind wir für den Einsatz von Nurol Bey beim Transport zum Flughafen; am 1. Mai waren viele Straßen gesperrt. Wir und unser Freunde haben uns rundum sicher und wie in unserem zweiten Zuhause gefühlt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen; die Aussicht auf den Bosphorus ist faszinierend; ein besonderer Aufenthalt in einer lebhaften und geschichtsträchtigen Stadt.

Cons:

Schade, dass man abends nicht auf der Dachterrasse ein Getränk genießen kann.

Lovely building. Comfy beds. Good breakfast and afternoon tea

The location demands a walk with suitcases as it is in a street that taxis can’t get to. The hotel should have told us this.

A fantastic hotel experience. We would stay here again if we return to Istanbul.
Pros:

Central location but very quiet. Service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite with a whirlpool bathtub. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated the pillow menu. The Turkish breakfasts were delicious, freshly made and had lots of variety.

Cons:

Hotel could use a little more decor and color, such as more art on the walls.

Historical, super comfortable hotel in a wonderfully walkable location.
Pros:

Beautiful, historical hotel with equally beautiful and spacious rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathtub overlooking the Italian embassy was a super nice touch that really tied in the whole European theme of the hotel together. Superb location perfect for exploring Beyoglu and Cihangir. Lovely staff with a special shout-out to Ahmet for being a wonderful and friendly ambassador to the hotel and taking time to have a very lovely conversation.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Galata-Viertel
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße, sehr schönes Hotel in altem Gebäude mit großen Zimmern. Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse.

Cons:

Personal war professionell, aber nicht zwingend herzlich. Der Muezzin meldet sich morgen um 05:30 und das italienische Konsulat gegenüber spielt hin und wieder morgens früh die Nationalhymne - da kann das Hotel nix dafür. Aber schallgeschützt sind die Fenster auch nicht.

les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses. Excellente literie. l'hotel est vraiment très bien situé pour visiter la ville et le personnel est attentif et très souriant. petit déjeuner délicieux avec vue sur le Bosphore !
