Tomtom Suites - Special Class

We absolutely loved Tomtom Suites. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was beautiful. It's in a busy happening area, but the location within the neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The staff was wonderful. I can't say enough about how marvelous our experience was!

On arrival we were warmly greeted and told we had been given a complimentary room upgrade. This put us in a superior room on the 3rd floor. Our room was enormous! High ceilings, huge windows and every practical aspect catered for. Bathroom was especially luxurious with giant bath tub, separate shower & Molten Brown toiletries as standard.

Everything was extremely comfortable - the bed, pillows, towels that were a fantastic size and great at drying etc. Turn down service at night topped up water and included a chocolate for each of us.

Whilst we were staying the restaurant was under renovation. This meant breakfast was served in room which the hotel proactively told us about in advance. What they served was generous but perhaps lacking in variety for a 5 night stay.

On our first full day we came back to the room around 4-5pm for a quick rest. However with being immediately below the restaurant, we had constant drilling sound that was extremely loud. I mentioned to reception that evening that it was more disruptive than we'd expect and they were very apologetic. As way of apology they left us wine and fruit in our room. A lovely gesture which shows their levels of customer care. We didn't experience the same levels of noise after that.

Hotel is on a quiet street. There is a school but we hardly heard anything from it.

Thoroughly loved this hotel, including the location. Would happily return.

The service, concierge and breakfast were superior. Room comfortable, large with excellent a/c. Great location in karaoke.

Tomtom suites was a unique find and we absolutely loved our stay there. Based in a cute little town called Beyoglu it was a stones throw away from some of the major tourst attractions like Galata Tower and Isteqlal Street; we would just step out of the hotel to explore the town and absolutely loved the experience.

The building was an old nunnery and lot of thought was put into the decor / ambiance which added to the overall charm. The staff was extremely curteous and went an extra mile to facilitate the customers. The hotel had a Michelin Star restaurant serving delicious food, if you happen to be there please dont forget to make reservations for dinner. Breakfast and evening tea were complementary and we looked forward to it each day.

The staff was extremely friendly and made it a point to remember our preferences to serve us better. Hope you get meet Gursoy Ersan at the front office, hes the bsst!

We loved the Tom Tom! Beautiful boutique hotel in a very walkable part of town. Excellent and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with great view of the city and harbor. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms with Molten Brown toiletries. An overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Rooms and staff are excellent. No AC in room although they explained their AC is central and doesn’t work between seasons according to them. Staff was very nice and lent us a fan. Location is perfect near Istiklal although it is a steep climb from hotel location. Breakfast was limited to a fixed selection of small dishes and choice of eggs.

Great boutique hotel! Wonderful breakfast. Walkable (if you don’t mind the quite big hill to climb)

TomTom is well located.. staff are amazing and so helpfully arranging private trips. Restaurant is fisrt class with sone surprisingly great Turkush wines. Rooms very nice as well

This is one of the most preferable hotels in Istanbul. Superb service and excellent facility. It’s highly recommended.

From breakfast to bed comfort , from bathrooms to room sizes, location to friendliness of providers are all super good!

Gorgeous boutique hotel; the GM who checked us in and the staff were so wonderful.

I came in during the slow season (January) and hence the hotel was practically empty. Because of this I was upgraded four times to one of the nicest rooms the hotel had and I was fully grateful. I did not ask for the upgrade but was given it upon my arrival. In addition the staff was very accommodating and were super nice along the way. I would recommend this hotel as it’s close enough to a lot destination points while being safe & quiet. Additionally, the breakfast buffet (I believe part of the Nicole Michelin restaurant) was amazing. Looking forward to coming back.
