Hotel com cara de hospedagem familiar. Muito bom!
Pros:

A localização, próximo à praia de Iracema e beira mar de Fortaleza é muito boa!
O café da manhã é bem variado e de qualidade, feito com muita dedicação pela equipe da cozinha.
Os atendentes sempre solicitos em ajudar os hóspedes, sendo cordiais e educados.
O estacionamento é bom! Existem três locais para estacionar os veículos, os quais ficam guardados com segurança.

A piscina, apesar de não ter sido usada, parecia bem conservada.

O prédio é antigo, com problemas inerentes a sua idade, claro que algumas manutenções são necessárias com maior urgência

Gostamos da piscina,o quarto amplo,do café,da limpeza.
Os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Cons:

Não gostamos porque os trabalhadores ficavam todo tempo passando ao lado da piscina por conta de uma reforma no hotel.
