Very old hotel and dirty

In General the hotel was good
1- Staff and service very friendly and efficient
2- Breakfast could be better i was there in 2016 the breakfast was amazing this time was very poor and limited choice
3- Internet very weak and not reliable better to have a phone with internet package
4- Security insured 24/24
5- Noisy sometimes specially if next room have kids better to have ear plug
6- nice swimming pool not to deep and safe
7- Hotel it’s located in a residential area but quiet area if you are looking for hotel with sea or mountains view this hotel it’s not your choice
For me I founded a good place as it’s near everything
10 min from te airport and easy to access road to other region

The amenities are amazing, pools, courts, and gym. Our room could have been better, because the bathroom floor and room floor were quite dirty, and the bathtub could use a remodel. But The bed comfort is great, and sheet are very clean. The AC was a blessing and stayed on for our 8 nights! The curtains could use updating. The hotel hallway though were very hot and smelled like cigarettes on our floor. Location is great, nice and quite and plenty of street parking, close to airport and major highways.

Hôtel needs a revamp. Rooms are old.

Excellent service, clean room, very polite staff. Breakfast was individually prepared at taste. Overall, excellent!

It was perfect best wwlcoming by Dany and rima so kind really and the supervisor on cleaning super kind . I highly recommend this Hotel comfortable and near by everything and very safe zone ...

Room was very clean. Hotel in a residential area and was hard to find. Staff was hopeful and polite. Great value.

Front desk service was horrible and very rude!
Upon arrival I had to wait over half hour to get checked in. When I checked out additional charges of $125 was added to my bill for early check in, parking and upgrade that I didn’t request.
The lady at the front desk name Rima was very arrogant and aggressive.
I don’t recommend this hotel to no body.
It’s location in residential area and very hard to find.

The staff was excellent, great breakfast. Internet access could be better. Great location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice exercise facility and pool on 3rd floor. However the lighting in the bathroom were small spotlights in the ceiling. You were essentially looking in the mirror in the dark. The location was very difficult to get to via Careem or Uber. It is located in a labyrinth of streets. WiFi was 480kbps which is typical for most of Beirut hotels. ☹️. Overall relaxing stay but seemed isolated as far as finding local restaurants in walking distance. Not much to explore.

I had an amazing two day stay @ Cosmopolitan. Good value, perfect location and extremely clean rooms. What was really outstanding is the top quality staff!!! I was serviced by Rima front desk - I called to check if I could delay my check out, not only she accepted and gave me an additional 2 hrs stay, but as soon as I called reception she greeted me with such a wonderful and enthusiastic good morning full of positivity that really made my day! Also, another staff member Majd who was there for the night shift, was so great, he provided all sorts of help to make my stay comfortable. Room service was amazing as well.. I recommend this hotel and will surely revisit due to the perfect staff and service they provided me with.
