Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte quale tappa di un lungo viaggio. Camera comoda e pulita, fantastica piscina con lettini e teli a disposizione, buona colazione e cena. Ampio parcheggio.

Overall, we had a lovely stay, with exceptional staff and service,despite minor issues with the room
Pros:

The staff was just amazing. They were all so friendly and genuinely happy, and they treated my toddler with all the care and attention you could possibly expect. This was by far the thing we appreciated the most.
The pool was also really nice, and they even provided towels for the pool, which was a great little touch. The other guests were lovely (maybe partly because of the hotel’s price range), and the view was beautiful.
Breakfast was also a highlight, especially if you like sweets. The cakes and other sweet options felt really healthy and homemade, with none of that industrial, overly processed stuff you often find at hotels. The waiter and everyone else in the restaurant were also incredibly nice and attentive.
Overall, there was really nothing to complain about. We had a great experience and we will go back for sure

Cons:

A couple of the female reception staff members were perhaps a little less warm and welcoming than the rest of the team, who were all incredibly friendly. It’s a minor point, but I think it’s worth mentioning as an area where the experience could be even better.
The main issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. It wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room properly, so we had to keep it running almost constantly. Unfortunately, it was also quite noisy, which disturbed our sleep. When we turned it off, the room quickly became too warm, so we had to choose between the noise and the heat.
Also, the ventilation system in the bathroom wasn’t working during our stay.
