Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

L'albergo è certamente un ottimo albergo, un posto piacevole dove soggiornare, ciò che però ha più colpito me e mio fratello è stata la gentilezza del personale (ecco perché ci siamo anche tornati!). Volevo menzionare in particolare il sig. Renato del ristorante dell'hotel, una persona socievole, allegra e disponibilissima verso il cliente, una persona insomma che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che certamente nella struttura in oggetto meriterebbe una posizione più adeguata alla propria preparazione, come ad esempio alla reception dell'hotel stesso dove sarebbe un "must" vista la sua vera capacità (di receptionist intendo!) e questo lo dico da chi vive gli hotel in famiglia, essendo io il nipote del fondatore di una grande catena di alberghi internazionali e che conosce del settore tutti i retroscena. Insomma, facciamo meritocrazia e cresciamo con il nostro personale!

Molto buono, ma aggiustate le strade

Per un problema personale abbiamo lasciato la struttura senza aver usufruito di 2 notti già pagate. Non ci è stata riconosciuta alcuna attenzione. Ci hanno fatto pagare anche la cena extra

BENE ma MIGLIORABILE!

Lo Staff delle pulizie delle camere e della ristorazione e' iper professionale

Cons:

Ho soggiornato molte volte in questa struttura. Lo Staff della reception sempre poco disponibile ma soprattutto molto sgarbato! Stessa modalita' riscontrata nelle ultime 3 volte che ho soggiornato. Unico neo nella ristorazione che questa volta era in ristrutturazione la sala ristorante per cui allestita in modo provvisorio e meno organizzata, varia e abbondante rispetto al solito!
