Esperienza positiva, consiglio vivamente!
Pros:

Hotel ben curato, corredato di tutti i servizi. Camera confortevole, Colazione abbondante, personale gentile. Un'ottima soluzione per chi intende visitare Perugia o dovesse essere solo di passaggio. Ampio e comodo parcheggio davanti alla struttura.

Cons:

La posizione. Per arrivare in centro o girare la città, non è comodissimo pensare di farlo a piedi, bisogna utilizzare l'auto o un mezzo pubblico.

La camera era molto pulita e silenziosa. Lo staff cordiale e gentile. Facile da raggiungere con parcheggio gratuito. Colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Il mobilio sarebbe da rinnovare. Il ristorante da migliorare, la qualità del cibo non è ottima.

Pleasant and clean.
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and generous portions.

Cons:

What I didn't like is that they advertise it as a hotel, but the rooms are very basic and I think a bit expensive. But in reality, everything was very clean and that counts.

Una volta effettuato l'alloggio alla reception durante il check-out mi viene detto che la struttura causa "politiche aziendali" si rifiuta di emmettere fattura in quanto la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite booking. Prima volta che mi succede, ammirevole.

It was a normal hotel with decent conditions.

Cons:

The brakfast was lack of choices. And the price to high for a hotel with normal conditions. The location is good if you have a car, otherwise you have to find another hotel to stay if you want to visit Perugia.
