Cons:

On arrival I was unable to access the unit as the code for the front door was sent to the wrong phone number
After I departed it took 1 week for my security deposit to be released

It was good value, spacious, comfortable and well insulated ( cold outside but pleasant inside)
Pros:

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated being given the apartment that had 2 bathrooms, which we had requested if available. It was walking distance from Kingston Hotel, which was very handy for going out for a drink and dinner.
Also, we couldn't get the ignition on the stovetop to work so someone came to fix it - replaced battery, which was good.

Cons:

The edge of the mattress in the double room sloped off to the side. As I was sleeping alone I was able to move into the middle of the bed but otherwise this would have been a problem.

Clean and comfortable - hot water system needs work!

Hot water took 5 minutes to come through in shower in the morning - long time in winter!
