Pros:

The bed is super comfortable. The location is really good. Its quiet. Zero reception staff all by phone with somewhat hard to understand what was being said. Grounds man very polite and nice.
I advised him shower nossel was blocked with limited water coming out .. I hope it was attended to.

Cons:

It wasn't clean in main areas entrance etc carpet dirty . Linen and garbage bags lying around.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Large, well designed apartment. The air conditioning kept it very warm and there were column heaters for bedrooms. Large kitchen with everything you would need. Nice outside area. Good free parking area.
Easy walk to Manuka Oval and Manuka and Kingston restaurants. Will definitely return

Cons:

Shower a bit temperamental, boiling hot and then cold. My only complaint.

Pros:

Location was fabulous being only a short, level walk to Kingston's cafe's & restaurants. The apartment was spacious, quiet & comfortable. Free parking was also appealing.

Not worth your while, particularly during the winter months
Pros:

location was reasonable

Cons:

Entering the room I had to immediately turn on the AC, which run on MAX for 18 hours, while I was in the room and it still did not make the room warm. as the room had not been heated in a while and heater did not provide sufficient power to heat 60 sqm.
Bathroom was not particularly clean.
Oven and stove did not work.
All furniture and carpet were rather dated and a bit stale, from humidity.

Another comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

We love the location. It’s quiet and close to everything we need. The apartment was clean and warm and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door was squeaky so it woke us up in the middle of the night when someone got up.

The easy access and the beds and sheets and the kitchen was great.

Cons:

The parking was a little difficult at times, and the aged TV , so if it was updated it would be easy to watch as you could get onto different things live TV glitches so much you could even watch the news or weather for the next days touring.
