Great location, ensure your room comes with a window.
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, clean hotel.

Cons:

My room did not have any windows. I was informed in advance by email that "not all rooms have a front facing window" but I still assumed, by the way the email was written, that there was a window maybe facing the back or a wall or something. The email should have been more clearly stated.
