Non ho chiuso occhio ogni notte per il troppo rumore che proveniva sia dall’ascensore che dai condizionatori di aria ,di ogni stanza adiacente,la struttura evidentemente ha bisogno di prendersi in considerazione anche il mantenimento dell’ascensore ,rumoroso e ogni volta che arrivava al primo piano oltre al consueto rumore dello stesso,faceva altri rumori come se la manutenzione non fosse stata effettuata,di conseguenza non ho mai riposato bene,ho dovuto mettere i tappi delle orecchie ogni notte,terribile. Inoltre sono dispiaciuta anche di un ragazzo alla reception al quale ho chiesto una tazza di acqua calda per prendere delle medicine m non mi ha permesso di portarla in camera,in quanto se la tazza si rompeva poteva e io avevo manie ossessive avrei potuto fare del male a qualcuno,ma scherziamo? Una vergogna. Ho dovuto prendere la medicina al bar,perché la razza di acqua non ho avuto modo di portarla in camera e berla con tranquillità . Sono molto dispiaciuta,mai mi era capitato un soggiorno in hotel così terribile

WiFi skulle være tilgængelig på hele hotellet, det var tilgængeligt i receptionen, men ikke på vores værelse, så det var en diametral modsætning til det lovede.
Myrer på badeværelset, som de først tog sig af aftenen inden vi rejste derfra.
Service er ikke noget du skal forvente på dette hotel, prisen står ikke mål med service, faciliteter og oplevelse

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.
Auf der Hotelseite wird mit Parkmöglichkeiten geworben, aber bei meiner Ankunft gab es keinen Parkplatz für mich. Ich musste auf einen anderen Parkplatz ausweichen, der zudem ziemlich weit entfernt war und mich 18 € extra gekostet hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite. Das Bett war unbequem. Außerdem war die Geräuschdämmung sehr schlecht: Man konnte sogar hören, wenn der Nachbar die Toilette benutzt bzw. Wasser laufen ließ.
Auch das Frühstück hat mich enttäuscht. Es gab kein Buffet, sondern nur eine kleine Karte, von der man bestellen musste. Für einen Preis von 97 € pro Nacht habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet.
Insgesamt stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.
Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Nie wieder.

I am usually someone who will not say anything if I don't have something nice to say and if it was just one thing, I would have left it. The air-conditioning unit was visibly broken, the light on the floor was not working so had to use my phone light to get to and then into the room which was not easy carrying a bag, and perhaps being in the city the smell of sewerage from the bathroom can't be helped, but with the aircon unit in a state that looked unsafe to put on, it meant the room was very smelly. I ended up having to leave the balcony door open to air out the smell so sleep was difficult to get with Street noise below.
