Lo bien ubicado que esta , el precio es más o menos adecuado , lo limpio y la atención en recepción .

Cons:

Deberían permitir que el usuario pueda usar las instalaciones 23 horas , si entra a las 3 de la madrugada , permitirle que entregue la habitación a las 2 o 3 de la tarde , no a las 12 del día !!!!!!!!

Thank you for making my fiancée’s stay such a memorable experience.

This reservation was made for my fiancée. Unfortunately, I was unable to accompany her on this holiday to the Sunshine Coast because I am currently working in the United Kingdom.

While some of the hotel facilities may be a little dated, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. My fiancée mentioned Michelle to me several times during her stay. Michelle’s care and attention made her feel completely at home. She genuinely felt that Michelle looked after her as if she were family.

I am certain that when we return to Fuengirola in the future, this hotel will be our first choice. I would also like to encourage the management team to recognize and reward Michelle for her outstanding dedication and professionalism.

Her warmth and enthusiasm transform the hotel from simply a place to stay into a home filled with genuine care and hospitality.

Cons:

After a shower, the toilet was complete wet.
If you go with your dog, you would paid an extra per night + fianza

I just wanted to leave a review of this hotel. It’s a fantastic place to stay, especially because of its location, very close to the main spots in Fuengirola and just a short walk from the beach.

But more importantly, as a business owner myself, I truly believe that people are what make a business successful. A hotel can have great facilities, but without staff who genuinely care about customer experience, it simply wouldn’t be the same.

I especially want to thank Michelle at reception for the incredible job she does in customer relations. She has been consistently kind, professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. She genuinely goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and looked after.

People like Michelle are real assets to any business and should never be overlooked by management. There is no such thing as a successful hotel without dedicated staff members who care about clients and take pride in their work.

She is honestly one of the main reasons why I would choose to book here again. I truly hope management recognises the value she brings to the hotel and continues to support and reward the excellent service she provides.
