Pros:

Hôtel correct pour une nuit, mais politique de late check-out décevante
Hôtel basique mais fonctionnel — chambres petites, salle de bain sans surprise. Rien d’extra, mais l’essentiel est là pour une étape.

Cons:

Nous séjournions à l’occasion du trail de Fleurie, comme la quasi-totalité des clients ce week-end là. Nous avons demandé à rester un peu après 11h pour se doucher après la course, courue sous une pluie battante. Par téléphone, on nous avait annoncé 50€ forfaitaires — sur place, c’était 15€/heure. Une tarification qui varie selon l’interlocuteur, ça en dit long.
Le problème : on ne connaît pas son heure d’arrivée sur un trail, c’est le principe. Et quand 90% de vos clients sont dans le même cas, une solution collective aurait été la moindre des choses. Nous avons fini par nous changer sur le parking sous la pluie, pour éviter de payer 45% du prix de la chambre en supplément.
Dommage, l’effort aurait été minime pour un impact client majeur.

A peaceful retreat with a good atmosphere
Pros:

The location was lovely, and the owners very helpful. Parking was always easy and access straight forward.
Breakfast was good, a great start to a day of exploring. The evening meal option was really welcome with good choices.

Cons:

Storage in the room was a little limited, there was a table in our room and that space could have been used for a chest of drawers or some such item. Otherwise all good.
