Pros:

Posto incantevole, immerso nelle colline Liguri, puro relax e silenzio. Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Staff stupendo, Julio con la sua energia fa la differenza.

Das auf negative Bewertung eine Antwort erfolgt! Wir haben bereits in mehreren Ländern in Europa ca. 400 verschiedene Nächtigungen durchgeführt. Wir beurteilen immer nach Preis/Leistung und Versprechungen der Internetseiten. Natürlich wäre eine Reklamation vor Ort möglich gewesen. Aber bei 3 Zimmern mit den selben Problemen eine Lösung finden?

Cons:

Die Betreiber müssen den Zustand der Zimmer doch kennen, Untergeschoß Nebengebäude? Steckdosenanzahl? Mückenschutz an den Fenstern? usw.

Il luogo è veramente di pace assoluta staff fantastico una nota di merito a Julio e vanessa nel ristorante sono fantastici anche l'altro cameriere giovane molto gentile e si mangia anche divinamente

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale economy perché dovevamo fermarci una sola notte la sconsiglio se dovete fermarvi di più.
La piscina avrebbe bisogno di un restailing ma cmq fa il suo dovere un po' di erbacce in giro ma Cmq la vista e la pace ti fanno dimenticare queste cose.

Ambiente pessimo
Pros:

La posizione panoramica e l'accoglienza del personale

Cons:

Ambiente da ristrutturare, letti molto scomodi la camera non era pulita aveva addirittura i capelli di chi ha alloggiato in precedenza sui mobili. I vetri molto sporchi e presenza di ragnatele.
Le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sente le voci delle camere a fianco.

Great staff, great views and great food
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were excellent - especially Julio and his wife who ran the restaurant. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the evening meals (if you choose to pay extra to eat in) - as some of the reviews we read about it weren’t all that complimentary - these may be old reviews - but for whatever reason, don’t believe them - the food is great.

Breakfast (included) also really good - these may be views eating from the balcony amazing

Cons:

There was fridge in the room - however, ice was available from the bar/reception area.

The room was very good except for the size of the shower, which was tiny - and there is no room to even bend over to wash you legs

Pros:

Bij aankomst en de sleutel in ontvangst genomen en naar de kamer, maar beetje klein , gevraagd voor een upgrading, en die kregen we op de begane grond. Mooi zwembad met stoelen en ligbedden met parasols. Vriendelijke bediening. Mooie grote kamer en badkamer, uitgebreid ontbijt en Julio en Vanesa waren heel goede het restaurant, niets was teveel als je wat wilde weten. Mooi om nog eens terug te gaan.

Eigenlijk niets.
