Exceptional hotel... highly recommended
Pros:

The room had exceptional views of the surroundings especially of the Dolomites. It has good parking facilities. The breakfast was more than we had expected and very good. It is just 10 mins walk to the centre. And good starting point to tour the Val Fassa area and just 1 hour to Passo Sella and Val Gardena. Davide & his father were extremely helpful in everthing. providing suggestions, events taking place etc. Highly recommended

Fantastic property with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff/ owners. Great breakfast spread.

Cons:

Clearly built more for winter and snow than the middle of summer - but this issue would be found at all similar properties also. Room was just cool enough with the door left open to the balcony overnight.
