DEMAIN Hôtel & Conciergerie

I had a great stay at the Demain Hotel! My room was sparkling clean and I loved the funky design in bright colours. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and well pressurised.
The view from my room in the attic added to the feeling of being away from the city while being right in it.
The check in staff was very friendly and always ready for a chat.
There was filter coffee and tea available anytime at the reception area.
The location of the hotel is practically only 2 minutes away from the city centre, 20min by foot from the train station (buses and tram would be faster).
After having travelled to 127 countries I love smaller hotels like this which are comfortable and welcoming!

Very helpful staff and very friendly. I stayed on 2 occassions this week and both rooms were very comfortabke and very clean

It was very cute for the price. I like the cleanliness. Coffee was available in the lobby, but not in the room. Also no hairdryer in the room. I would stay there again.

La habitación estaba siempre muy limpia el personal ha sido muy atento. Nos dejaron dejar las mochilas en consigna a la entrada y a la salida. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación muy tranquila

Bon petit déjeuner à partir de produits locaux et variés.
Excellente literie.
Accès depuis la gare rapide et facile par ligne de tramway (arrêt à proximité immédiate).
Nombreux restaurants dans le quartier.
Personnel réactif et souriant.
Surclassement de la chambre en raison de la canicule.
Petits points faibles : une seule patère murale pour accrocher les serviettes de bain, ventilateur complètement inefficace car trop petit.

Got za rom in the basement. The odour was not agreeable. Bed was comfy but if you are tall the bed is tiny.

Très bonne surprise que cet hôtel simple et moderne, avec des touches d'humour, au coeur de Nantes pour un tarif tout à fait abordable. Je cherchais une chambre pour le dépanner, j'y ai passé un moment agréable.

Great stay. One night only, wish I was here for longer. The 4th floor room I had looked out into rooftops, had everything I needed, was super comfortable and clean. There were a couple of notches on the walls and very small damages to walls, but really a nice space.
I HIGHLY recommend the 11€ breakfast, locally sourced and self-served inside or on a lovely terrace. Great way to start the day.
I also appreciated the small notes in the room helping you to be more eco-conscious (the timer in the shower was a nice touch).

The hotel's marketing slogan is "moins pire " which translates to "less worse". Truth in advertising, but I hoped for "un peu mieux"..." a bit better". Bare bones. Nice staff.

Great hotel & Wes Anderson theme. Definitely an older hotel with a recent update or new owner with the new theme. Great location too. For the price it was a great hotel

Very comfortable stay and especially well equipped for a 2 star hotel…and for the price. The staff do a great job of creating a welcoming environment.

Very dirty room, bunk bed sheets had stains, shower had mold and it smelled like mold.

My room, although compact was perfect for my stay in Nantes. Clean, welcoming staff, safe and quiet.
