Great location although apartments facing the main road can get a little noisy.
Pros:

Location was great for where I needed to be. Australia Fair mall and cafes/restaurants close by. Great location for the waterside.

Cons:

Apartment was above the main road (Marine Parade) which was great for views, but not so good for road noise. Marine Parade seemed to be a favourite spot for muscle cars and very loud motorcycles.

A very nice apartment but not in a nice area.
Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious and had everything I needed. The apartment itself was very good.

Cons:

I won’t stay in this area of the GC again. It was very noisy and there were a lot of shady characters around - I didn’t feel safe walking to find dinner etc.

Great apartment with ocean views on the Broadwater Parklands.
Pros:

Great location. Great amenities and comfortable spaces. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very private and relaxing location, right opposite the Broadwater Parklands.

Cons:

No reason to complain. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great location in broadlands but very basic for the cost of the stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for where I was based = Boardwater Parklands. I had a wee view of the water which was nice too.

Cons:

I wasn't expecting the unit to be self contained. I must have missed that in the booking. However, when people are travelling from overseas, supplying a bit more dishwashing liquid and laundry powder would be an amazing addition.
