The manager was very contactable and helpful

Cons:

Neighbour was very loud and partied all night, it was an air BNB. Very rude

Great apartment with ocean views on the Broadwater Parklands.
Pros:

Great location. Great amenities and comfortable spaces. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very private and relaxing location, right opposite the Broadwater Parklands.

Cons:

No reason to complain. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great location in broadlands but very basic for the cost of the stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for where I was based = Boardwater Parklands. I had a wee view of the water which was nice too.

Cons:

I wasn't expecting the unit to be self contained. I must have missed that in the booking. However, when people are travelling from overseas, supplying a bit more dishwashing liquid and laundry powder would be an amazing addition.

Very clean and comfortable and walking to where I needed to be, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

By the photos I was expecting a bright, water view and breezy room but I had a side room, very dark, no air con in the bedroom, which was a bit hot through the night.

Great stay, very relaxing, very affordable, will be rebooking for sure.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful Broadwater views, great apartment, close to cafes, good underground parking, great pool and spa. Staff member Simone was amazing, great communication and seamless check in and out.

Cons:

The only thing was the fridge was a bit smelly. I reported this on check out and Simone was apologetic. Traffic was a bit loud when on the balcony but nice and quiet inside.

ok for a business trip where parking is an essential
Pros:

For business the location is good, we can park easily without needing to use a multi story car park.

Cons:

Each time we stay there is never any staff onsite - have never actually seen anyone and there are lots of signs everywhere about what you should/should not do. Paying the same rate (not cheap) for each night, even though there is no servicing seems a bit rich.

Great pool and spa area on the premises. Close to the Broadwater walkway, kids playground and Aqua Park, bus/tram service, Australia Fair for groceries and shopping and of course the beach.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff, Clean and Comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Arrived after hours and made booking on arrival. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We found the apartment to be clean and tidy. The pool area had items for the kids to use ie: pool noodles, balls, goggles

Cons:

Would've been handy to have pool towels as we only had our towels from our room which we needed for showering. We were only there for 3 days and travelled with carryon luggage only, so we didn't have the weight to be carrying beach towels. It would've been nice to have the Tea, Coffee and Sugar replaced for the days we were there.
