Buena alternativa de alojamiento
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y personal excelente

Cons:

Varias fallas en el edificio, filtración de agua en el pasillo del piso 7 e inundado. Agua turbia cuando llegue, la descarga de aguas servidas mala, ruidos extraños durante la noche.

Deje el cargador de teléfono en el dormitorio, y en el transcurso de la tarde lo fui a buscar y no estaba, y estoy completamente seguro que lo deje en la habitación , ya que lo primero que pensé antes al despertar es que no olvidar que tengo el cargador del teléfono iPhone

Mala experiencia no es lo que esperaba según la publicidad.
Pros:

El estacionamiento gratis y cama de habitación.

Cons:

Llegué a la habitación y la cuna no estaba instalada, en recepción me indican que no estaba solicitada, tuve que mostrar el correo de confirmación y se demoraron una hora en armarla. La cuna estaba sucia con polvo manchada y en malas condiciones.
La habilitación tenia mucha temperatura al llegar.
La habitación tenía moho en el techo y borbujas de humedad en el techo. Para todo tengo foto y no volver a ir a ese hotel.
El desayunos normal pero las personas que te reciben son un poco apáticas, no preguntan si necesitamos sillas para bebés, la que fui a buscar estaba sucia pedi que la limpiaran.

La habitación cómoda en cuanto a espacio y temperatura ambiental, destacar la atención de Nicolás en el restaurante excelente

Cons:

Hay una diferencia en el horario de atención del restaurante, en la página y de acuerdo a la recepción era hasta las 20,30 , pero según el personal era sólo hasta las 19,00 , es importante que eso este coordinado, y también la tina era un poco resfalosa para personas de la tercera edad , sería muy bueno que hubieran habitaciones sin tina solo con pie de ducha
