Cons:

No se me informó que el desayuno los días sábados comienza a las 7:30 hrs. Por tanto, ese día no pude tomar desayuno ya que la cocina comenzaba a funcionar como a las 7:10, misma hora en que debía retirarme.
No corresponde que no se entregue toda la información o que esta sea imprecisa.

La vista de la habitaciónxxs espectacular, sin embargo, se escuchaba el ruido exterior, le falta invertir en aislante de ruido.

Cons:

La atención del primer recepcionista al ingreso fue un tanto impersonal, no revisó que tenía reserva y que había pedido una atención especial con anticipación por estar de aniversario. No le importó, al parecer no revisó infor.ación de reservas de booking ni correo enviado al hotel y contestado.
