Smoke smell

A very disappointing stay; I do not recommend this hotel at all. Upon arrival, our room had an unbearable smell of stale tobacco. We immediately asked to change rooms, but the staff told us it was not possible. Instead, they promised to perform an ozone treatment and spray an air freshener. We left the hotel for several hours to give them time to address it, but when we returned, it didn't seem like anything had been done. To make matters worse, there was a different person at the front desk who had no idea what we were talking about.
We had to sleep with the window open all night in the cold and even had to buy our own air freshener because the smell was simply intolerable. On top of that, the pillows were paper-thin and the room did not look very clean overall. No real solution or compensation was ever offered. I would definitely not stay here again.

Excelente custo benefício para quem quer conhecer Torino
Pros:

A equipe é muito gentil e o hotel está em localização estratégica, com uma estação do metrô bem em frente. Em frente ao hotel, há um café confeitaria excepcional !

viaggio di lavoro, comodo per un breve soggiorno.
Pros:

posizione strategica vicino alla stazione di Torino Porta Susa.
camera pulita e wi-fi gratuito e raggiungibile da tutte le camere.
staff cordiale e presente h24.

Cons:

Stanza piccola e antiquata.
bagno non molto spazioso sopratutto il wc attaccato alla doccia era particolarmente scomodo da usare.
strada abbastanza rumorosa davanti alla struttura e stanza poco isolata.
