Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett. Zimmer super, Frühstück super, Lage super

Cons:

1. Bar in der 8. Etage Personal unfreundlich.
2. Beim Check in wurde uns gesagt bis um 24.00 Uhr würden wir im Pier 16 etwas trinken können. Dörr war jedoch um 23.15 Uhr schon geschlossen

Ein toller Hotelaufenthalt in Kiel
Pros:

Mir hat das schöne Zimmer mit Natürtönen gefallen.Ebenso war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Restaurant war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker.Mein Enkelkind bekam ein Malpuzzel und ein Steckfisch geschenkt.Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich und hat auch eine Spielecke.An meinem Geburtstag wurde ich mit einem Geburtstagskuchen mit Wunderkerze überrascht. Ebenso war der Tisch schön dekoriert. Ich und meine Familie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Ebenso ist die Bar zu empfehlen mit den leckeren Cocktails mit einem Panoramablick über den Hafen.

Cons:

Mir fällt gerade nichts ein.

Das wirklich grandiose Frühstück! Blick auf die Förde ! Kurze Wege zur Tiefgarage!

Leider ist es das Geld nicht wert und verdient keine 4,5*
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr großräumig und war sehr sauber.

Cons:

- der Scanner vom Self-Checkin Terminal funktionierte nicht, so dass wir alles händisch eingeben mussten.
- Fenster sind nicht so gut abgeschirmt, so dass Autoverkehr und selbst sich unterhaltende Menschen zu hören sind. Wir waren im 2. OG.
- die Matratze ist außen so weich, das man quasi aus dem Bett rutschen könnte. Und wir sind wahrlich keine Schwergewichte.
- der Schwergängiger Wasserhahn, im Bad, sollte dringen repariert werden.
- im Saunabereich lagen, von anderen Gästen, Handtücher überall herum, da die Wäschekörbe bereits voll waren und während unseres Aufenthalts niemand den Bereich kontrollierte. Es war Ostersonntag und wir hatten uns mehr davon erhofft. Auch die Duscharmaturen waren weder kalkfrei und das Wasser tropfte, so dass unnötig Wasser permanent „lief“. Die Beleuchtung in der Sauna war nicht einschaltbar und das indirekte Licht, war nicht wirklich ausreichend. Nach zwei Saunagängen ist uns der Spaß leider vergangen.
Das Frühstück ist den Betrag im Grunde nicht wirklich wert, wenn auch ein Osterhase am 1. Tag oben drauf gelegt wurde. Einzig das frisch gemachte Omelette hat es ein wenig gerettet.

Alles in Allem ist es das schlechteste 4*/4,5* Hotel, das wir in den letzten Monaten/Jahren gebucht haben. Sehr schade, bei der tollen Lage.

Very satisfied
Pros:

Excellent and well-thought-through breakfast (ecological + locally inspired) , large room, friendly and usefull staff, excellent location (train station, mall, and harbor all 50m away). Not cheap, but one very rarely finds such good value for money.

Cons:

One needs to pay for parking. Small gym. No pool.

Good value for money
Pros:

Nice location near city center and train station . No noise from street when stay in room. Had comfort room which is very comfortable. Good bed and bathroom.

Breakfast buffet had so many different things it was excellent. Also egg station.

Cons:

I wish more international choices at TV all was German language.
