Pros:

Закуската беше много добра и разнообразна.Местоположението също е добро на 50 метра от мол,гара и др.

Cons:

Факта ,че отношението на персонала беше добро само към говорещите немски или английски език ,който аз за съжаление не владея перфектно .Получавах забележки ,че при регистрация преди закуска съм казал стая ,а не фамилия и не съм поздравил предполагам на добър немски приготвящия омлети.Не очаквах и критиката на висок глас от дамата ,която менажираше сервирането факта че погрешка взех пакетче кафе вместо захар.Странен беше и погледа на едрия служител на рецепцията слет като разбра ,че не говоря добре немски.Липсваше и минибар.Всичко това малко разваля приятното очакване след немалката сума за престоя.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir sind immer sehr gerne in diesem tollen Hotel.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind dort die vielen freundlichen Mitarbeiter.
Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und die Frühstückszeiten sehr angenehm. Wir konnten am Sonntag die Zeit mit der Familie beim Frühstück genießen und die Spielecke ist ein Traum für die kleinen Mäuse.
