Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Der Checkin war aussergewöhnlich freundlich. Es wurde sogar extra darauf hingewiesen, dass wir kontrollieren sollen, ob unsere Tochter ein Zebraplüschtier im Bett erhalten hat. Die Kinderbettdecke war wunderschön! Wir wurden darauf hingwiesen, dass wir direkt für das Frühstück reservieren sollen was wir taten. Die Spielecke ist hierbei auch sehr gut. Leider sassen wir durch einen grossen Tisch getrennt davon. Hier wäre es sinnvoll, wenn kleinere Kinder näher dort platziert werden, damit sie ihren Zweck erfüllt. Für ältere Kinder ist es sicherlich kein Problem, wenn diese 2-3m entfernt sitzen, aber mit 1-Jähriger und einer Treppe in der Nähe ist es schwierig. Trotzdem super, dass so etwas vorhanden ist.
Die Lage ist ansonsten zentral am Bahnhof, Zimmer sind ruhig und bequem.

Excellent hotel, staff and location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, facility was spotless clean. Breakfast and also 'Deck 8' rooftop restaurant were excellent, highly recommend the Veal Schnitzel.
Across the road from the train station and round the corner from the bus station. Direct bus to Hamburg Airport.

Cons:

Area around the hotel was not appealing, a lot of street dwellers and beggars about.

Meget centralt beliggende hotel lige ved siden af havn og vand, samt banegården. Værelserne er moderne, velindrettede og lydisolerede, med et stort badeværelse og bruseniche. Stor og varieret morgenmadsbuffet i stueetagen, samt bar og restaurant på øverste etage - med tagterrasse. Der er en fin parkeringskælder tilhørende hotellet til €22 pr. døgn
Personalet er venligt og imødekommende overalt.

Hotellet ligger helt ved havnen i nærheten til fergene til Sverige og Norge. Hotellet har bra rom og en fin skybar / restaurant. Frokosten er veldig bra.L

Cons:

Hotellet har egen parkering, men denne var full da vi kom. Finnes offentlig parkering i nærheten.
